Then, its time for your hands-on cooking lesson, where you will prepare an authentic recipe using fresh local Cretan produce and fragrant herbs together with your host/hostess.
Finally, you will sit down for lunch to eat the delicious dish you have made and sample the locally produced wine and Tsikoudia, or Raki as it is known, a grape-based brandy liquor, served as a complimentary aperitif with fruits and sweets after a meal.
