VIP greeting upon arrival in the cosmopolitan city of Buenos Aires after an overnight flight. With its vibrant nightlife, European heritage, historic architecture, and creative cultural movements, Buenos Aires is the most visited city on the continent. After settling in to your accommodations, head out on your first sightseeing tour of the city and explore the aristocratic neighborhood of Recoleta home to the opulent Recoleta Cemetery, Plaza Francia and the Fine Arts Museum, all walking distance from your hotel. You will also have the opportunity to visit nearby galleries and shops which are sprinkled through the neighborhood.

Day 2

Begin the day with a private guided tour of the world-famous Teatro Colon before heading out to explore the southern neighborhoods of Buenos Aires with your personal guide. Visit the historic Plaza de Mayo anchored by the presidential palace known as the Casa Rosada. Continue on to San Telmo, the city’s oldest neighborhood and the birthplace of tango and stroll through its cobbled stoned streets while browsing quirky antique shops or, sit and enjoy a coffee in Plaza Dorrego. Head to Pulpería Quilapán, a combination of tavern, general store, and guesthouse that served as a gaucho institution from the early 20th century onward in Argentina, where you can enjoy coffee in the outdoor courtyard. Later, take a private tango class with a professional dancer in a dance hall nearby. In the evening, dine at one of the city's best restaurants before witnessing the exciting Rojo Tango Show or a local milgona (a tango dancehall).

Day 3

Greeting by your personal host and private transfer to La Aguada, an exclusive ranch owned and operated by the Novillos Astrada brothers (approx. 1hour transfer), known as one of the best polo farms open to guests in Argentina. The polo estancia is a family run estate situated on a 300 hectare farm crossed by streams, with more than 250 horses in training, 5 polo fields and 2 stick & ball fields. This is the land of the highest handicap polo, where visitors can take part in the training and horse care, get started or improve the game abilities with the assistance of international polo players and polo managers team, take private lessons with professional polo players or experience the backstage preparations for the Argentine Polo Open.

Upon arrival, you be given a brief tour of the property by your personal expert guide. Later, you will have the option to participate in a polo clinic with a professional player where you will learn the basics of how to play the game or go horseback riding through La Aguada’s property and surrounding countryside (45 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on activity level).

For lunch, enjoy a classic Argentine asado, or BBQ, followed by time to relax by the pool. After your day in the countryside, return to your hotel in Buenos Aires and enjoy the remainder of the evening at your leisure.

Day 4
Lujan de Cuyo, Argentina
Cavas Wine Lodge Breakfast

Greeting by your personal host and private transfer to the airport for your flight to Mendoza, where you will be greeted by your personal host and taken to the Cavas Wine Lodge on its own 60-acre vineyard estate. Relax in your private plunge pool. Later, enjoy a wine tasting session with the sommelier, as you sample Cavas’s wines, cultivated for internal consumption only and are not found anywhere else in the world. With the lodge’s chef, partake in a cooking class as you learn to make empanadas, a staple of Argentine food.

Day 5
Lujan de Cuyo, Argentina

Greeting by your expert guide and set off to explore the Lujan Valley area, where you will spend most of your day visiting wineries and wine tasting. The first stop will be by Paul Hobbs’ Viña Cobos for a private tour and tasting.

Later, visit to Casarena vineyard, a lovely vineyard that combines a charming earth-toned stucco interior with excellent wines amidst a beautiful setting, for a private tour and tasting

Stop for a gourmet lunch at Osadia de Crear at the Dominio Del Plata Winery which specializes in fusion dishes produced with fresh local ingredients, and cutting edge culinary technique applied by Chef Jose Cacciavillani. Dominio del Plata winery is the producer of the Crios, BenMarco, and Susana Balbo Signature brands which are world renowned for their flavor and quality.

In the afternoon, private transfer back to your lodge where you can relax at leisure with recommended massage and enjoy the beautiful views of the snow capped mountains from your accommodations. We recommend dinner at your wine lodge.

Day 6
Lujan de Cuyo, Argentina

Greeting by your expert guide and set off on your second day of exploration in the Lujan Valley, where you will spend most of your day visiting wineries. The first stop will be Bodega Melipal, located within the heart of the prime grape growing area of Agrelo, for a private tour and tasting

Later, visit Bodega Vistalba founded by Carlos Pulenta for a private tour and tasting on the property. The winery is inspired in the Creole culture, resorting to cutting-edge technology and paying homage to traditional winemaking. The entire winemaking process is completed using gravity, and without the use of pumps. After visiting the winery, enjoy a gourmet lunch on the Vistabla property

Next, visit Finca Libertad of Bodega Benegas for a private tour and wine tasting. Dating back to the end of the 19th century, Bodega Benegas is one of the oldest vineyards in the area and showcases the most traditional methods of wine making. The vineyard boasts a wide variety of vines including: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec but there are also vines of Sangiovese, Syrah, Merlot and Petit Verdot.

Return to your hotel and relax at leisure. In the evening, recommended dinner at 1884. Located in the elegant and historic Escorihuela Winery, this gourmet restaurant is led by head chef Francis Mallman.

Day 7
Buenos Aires, Argentina

Following a leisurely morning to prepare for check out or enjoy a rejuvenating massage, you will be greeted by your host and taken by private transfer to Mendoza airport for your flight to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival at the domestic airport, greeting and private transfer to the international airport in time for check-in assistance for your international flight home.
