The Ultimate Beach Bootcamp Retreat is a great eight day mind and body workshop that contributes to your well-being.

Yoga in VallartaThis eight day retreat takes place just south of Puerto Vallarta, at Xinalani Retreat, only accessible by boat. It is set on a wide pristine beach surrounded by jungle and mother nature.  The program combines healthy eating and lifestyle, exercise and yoga, personal programs, and other physical and spiritual disciplines. This trip also combines a few days of sight seeing around the area, and time to rest and relax in the sun.

Itinerary

Day 1
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Arrival to Puerto Vallarta

Today you will be met at the Puerto Vallarta airport and privately transferred to the Marina in Vallarta. Xinalai staff will greet you and you will embark on a panga (fiberglass boat with outboard engine) for a 35 min boat ride south with magnificent views of the bay. Possible encounter with marine wildlife on the way (whales, dolphins, sea turtles, manta rays). Upon arrival to Quimixto, you will check in to Xinalani. There will be light freshly made Mexican snacks waiting for you and homemade YaYa juice. In the late afternoon you will head to the yoga studio on top of the hill (Aero Muai Thai boxercise). After that refresher, head to the dining patio for a juice drink and healthy snack. Get ready because circuit training on the beach follows: push-ups, squat-jumps, shuttle runs, hill climb sprints, sit ups (lower abdominals), stomach crunch (upper abdominals), back extension chest raises, followed by stretches. You will be introduced to Ramona and the 321 Build Your Hollywood Body in 8 steps program. She will host a slideshow of her journey with her celebs and cover the 8 steps to Building a Hollywood Body. Tonight there will be Light Restorative Yoga and Meditative Visualization of Athletic Goals and Personal Development.

Day 2

Xinalani

Wake up bright and early to catch the sunrise on the beach with the option to surf. After a healthy breakfast we will start the Level 1 Workout (a group class with cardio segment to incorporate various styles of movement including Latin, Martial Arts and Agility Drills). To follow is the circuit training with stair climbing and freshly sliced coconut for a little extra boost. We will have accomplished all this, including Vinyasa Flow, all before noon! After lunch and time to relax, we will embark on a Sea Kayak Raid that includes swim challenges. followed by a light barefoot jogging on the beach with stretching and dip in the Ocean. Before bed, you will have a session of meditation and relaxation.

Day 3

Xinalani

Your workout today is as follows: power yoga flow, breakfast with YaYa juice, Level 2 Workout, cross country run, mountain biking, juice break, healthy lunch, bike tour to Boca de Tomatlan, freetime on the beach, restorative yoga and meditation and dinner. What a busy day!

Day 4

Relaxation Day

Ready for a relaxation day at Xinalani? Today you get to sleep in a little and start your day with breakfast and power yoga. Around noon a boat will pick you up and transfer you to Puerto Vallarta’s Downtown for a day town. You will have lunch on Playa Los Muertos and head back to Xinalani in the evening for a relaxing massage followed by restorative yoga and meditation.

Day 5
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Xinalani

Today’s schedule is as follows: light jog to the waterfull with a refreshing swim, breakfast with YaYa juice, pilates on mat class in uphll yoga studio, lunch, Level 3 Workout, ABS Blase on the beach followed by swim contest, juice drink and light snak, restorative yoga, dinner, and tribal music group to end the day.

Day 6
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Xinalani

Today’s schedule is as follows: energizing jog on the beach, breakfast with YaYa juice, sun salutations on the beach, surf lessons and practice, lunch, personal program consultations, beach relaxation time, Muai Thai, beach circuits (walk), healthy snack, Xinalani Cooking Class, optional scuba diving, dinner, and a bonfire party on the beach to end the day.

Day 7
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Las Marietas

Start your day with coffee or tea before a power flow yoga session. Today a boat will pick up guests and transfer them to Las Marietas Island for a day tour that includes whale watching (from November to March), snorkeling, and blue footed booby observation. Upon evening return to Xinalani, there will be circuit training on the beach followed by stretching and a dip in the ocean. For dinner a White Dinner Party will be hosted.

Day 8

Departure from Puerto Vallarta

Depart the beautiful Pacific Coast by private transfer to the local international airport.
