Great place to relax in a perfect vacation town with great restaurants. The free hotel shuttle is key to coming to/fro town. Hotel staff go above and beyond to help with every aspect of your time there.

I enjoyed my stay at the Lefay, the spa is amazing. I would note this hotel is designed as a destination in itself, and not just somewhere to sleep while you go on day trips (the drive up the hill is about 20 - 25 minutes). The only complaint I had is there were only a couple outlets in the room which were recessed into the wall which made it extremely difficult to charge our electronics as my adapter did not fit. I was able to get an adapter from the from the front desk- but they did run out during our stay and not everyone in my group was able to use one.

The resort and the property are spectacular. The views from the resort and trails on the property were breathtaking. Our suite was spacious and luxurious. We enjoyed walking on the trails, the infinity pool, spa, the breakfast buffet, and dinners.

Rooms are lovely and comfortable, food is excellent, lap pool is the best, but service was not up to par for such a nice resort. Granted, it was off-season and staff possibly minimal.

The Lefay Lake Garda was an amazing hotel with a beautiful location. Everything about the hotel was well thought out and executed to perfection. We can not recommend the spa enough. The food was phenomenal and the view from the pool was superb. Looking forward to staying at this hotel or another from their brand in the future.

Beautiful resort but because it is up high on the mountain range, you feel a bit disconnected from the Lake. Great if you want to completely unplug and just hang out at the resort and spa. Great facilities and beautiful property.

The sky suites were well worth it. The hotel got way too crowded over the weekend. This was a disappointment. Perfectly situated for north and south lake experiences. Food very good. Service quite slow. The vistas from our perch over 100 feet up were superb.

As you arrive to the resort you enter a private space and the staff waits for you in front of the hotel to help you and welcome you. They treat you in a way no place ever did
They hacve a solution for every question and the spa is very good
