Fantastic hotel, incredible service

I was so completely impressed with the Shangri-La Toronto. The sales manager, Daniela went WAY above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was comfortable and well taken care of during my stay. The service in this hotel from the bell men to the front desk staff to the concierge is a cut above excellent. This is without a doubt, my favourite Toronto hotel.......

Pleasant reception and attention to requests. Delicious food, concereige obliging and helpful to get special reservations. Always someone to greet you and take care of concerns. Excellent location . Also very comfortable beds and A+ cleanliness.

The hotel is gorgeous. It’s perfectly located. The rooms and comfortable, sophisticated without being stuffy, and warm. But the staff is what makes this place a gem. Thank you for the lovely little gifts, the amazing concierge who manages to get two coveted last minute dinner reservations, the wonderful valets and delivery workers who were always kind and lovely. Wonderful stay!
