The location of the hotel cannot be beat. 200 meters from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants and great clubs. The cigar bar offers great sports on TV, a good variety of drinks, a chatty vibrant clientele, good food service and of course a variety of great cigars.

This was the best of the many beachfront hotels I have stayed at in Tel Aviv, and also the newest.

I would make sure non jews ( I'm a Christian) knew that the hotel will be inundated with screaming children and the restaurants will be closed if traveling during a holiday for jews. The Shabott elevator was a odd thing for me.

Hotel was nice. Rooms were spacious, staff was courteous. Only complaints would be not as close to the city center as I might have liked, although it's across from the sea, you've got to walk a bit to usable beach, and the pool wasn't filled. That said, still a nice hotel for the city.
