ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS: -Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations available for guest use - Vegan and vegetarian menu items available - Linens and towels replaced every third day, unless otherwise requested. ENERGY, CARBON AND WATER REDUCTION: Energy-saving guest room controls - Water conservation measures in place - Water-efficient landscaping WASTE REDUCTION: Elimination of single-use plastic water bottles, food and beverage containers, and bathroom amenities - Recycling program in place - Soaps and toiletries recycled and donated to those in need through Clean the World. SUSTAINABLE FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Food procurement focuses on attaining local, sustainable products - Responsibly sourced seafood and cage-free eggs - Food waste reduction program in place. COMMUNITY: Guests can engage in educational tours at local, natural, cultural, historical or heritage sites to learn more about the local community through our Concierge, including mountain biking in the Gore Range and hiking in the Colorado Rockies - Donations are made regularly to the Salvation Army, including handmade blankets, which are donated to Shaw Regional Cancer Center and Eagle County Animal Shelter - Organized canned food drive each Thanksgiving - “Turkey-to-Go” for first responders on Thanksgiving, including hospital staff, emergency medical technicians and police officers Participation in Adopt-A-Family each Christmas - Organization of the annual highway cleanup on I-70
