IAN YAGI made our stay at Aria great
Reviewed on: 24 Oct 2013
If it were not for IAN YAGI, this would have been a regular trip to Las Vegas. Ian Yagi worked his magic to see that we received wonderful service from the moment of check in. My suite was beautiful . Even better were all of the amenities Ian provided. Ian Yagi makes every travel experience the best it can be, Even true for Las Vegas, which is not my favorite destination

Aria's facilities are beautiful, classy and sleek. Coupled with the excellent service, this was definitely my best stay in Vegas to date.

Great location and excellent accommodations!

The Aria was centrally located to everything we planned for the weekend. The accommodations were superb and the customer service was excellent! We tried a few restaurants on site and everything was delicious. Our spa experience was also a major highlight! We would stay here again without question!

Comfortable, spacious hotel

This was our third stay at ARIA, and by far the best! We received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival through Virtuoso, and were actually upgraded to the largest room category- I kid you not when I say our suite had a boardroom inside! The hotel is comfortable and quiet, and located centrally in Las Vegas. I would stay here again.

aria is a beautiful hotel with a great staff
Reviewed on: 18 Apr 2017
we enjoyed the aria. our room was very well laid out with great storage spaces. negative was that there are no coffee makers in rooms, but available for a charge? really? were the kettles that fancy? view of strip was amazing the blackout shades kept the room dark. they were controlled by a bedside switch, very nice. the lobby was beautiful with the fresh spring flowers. the sculptures and water treatments in the public spaces were intriguing. the aria café for breakfast was a great setting with very good food. blossoms (chinese-asian cuisine) was a delightful restaurant with excellent food. the most negative factor for us was that loud, blasting music was in nearly all the restaurants (not blossoms) even the very upscale ones not off the gambling area in the main lobby. I think a hotel of this caliber needs to provide some lovely dining spaces where we could hear our own conversations.

Best hotel on the strip

I can's say enough good things about the Aria. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are always pleasant and helpful, the buffet is the best we've found on the strip and there are 24 hour dining spots in the hotel if you need them. The location is good, with east walking access to just about everything on the strip. It's one of the newest properties on the strip so if you're looking for a great place to stay this is it.

This is our 2nd time to stay at the Aria and 4th time to attend events there. We love it. The pool area is spacious with 3 pools and the staff friendly but not pushy. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The rooms are quiet, beds and pillows so comfy, and the bath and dressing areas are very spacious.
