Our stay at the Rome Cavalieri was excellent. We had very nice accommodations and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The food was excellent. Prices were very high and the menu was not exactly to our taste, but one should expect that in a foreign country. I would recommend them.

Stephanie's recommendation of the Rome Cavalieri was perfect. One of the finest hotels in Europe. Not inexpensive, but certainly a value for the cost. Great rooms, amentities, staff and restaurants.

Convention Center

The "hotel" was basically a convention center. They had loud music playing most of the night, people screaming, yelling and partying. No one from the hotel had control of the issue. The hotel was very dated. Our suite and the landscape was beautiful but we would never stay there again. They did not have enough staff to provide adequate service.

Great Resort

This was more a resort hotel than a luxury destination. The hotel was huge. Although the service was good and the grounds and view were beautiful, the size of it made us feel "little" rather than "special." The hotel is getting a little old and some of the floors need updating. The 3 star Michelin restaurant was very good - but not 3 star in our opinion. The staff was excellent and very accommodating in every way.
