Flawless is the word that comes to mind. Smooth from the moment of pick up at the airport to being escorted to our departing flight. The hotel is stunning. The room with plunge pool was spectacular. Food beyond expectation (we ordered tuna sushi the earliest we could every day). The staff was delightful, thoughtful, caring. The service was excellent. It is a shame that I cannot capture the relaxing, magical spirit of our trip in words.

The Resort at Pedregal is AMAZING! It is a beautiful location that feels secluded and private despite being so close to the city of Cabo. The staff were phenomenal and attentive to every need without being overly intrusive. We loved the adult pool and never had an issue finding the perfect lounge seat. The room was beautiful and well appointed. We loved the plunge pool, daily fresh guacamole and Coronas on the patio and sweets upon turn down service. I highly recommend this resort for a fantastic, romantic getaway!

The minute we arrived we felt immediately take care of, relaxed and welcome. The resort greets you with a margarita or tasty flavored water, offers a short massage while you check in all in the beautiful outdoor lobby overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Every single employee is incredibly nice, helpful and makes you feel comfortable. The epitome of best in class service. The breakfast is our favorite part...so amazing. The food and drinks are fantastic and the spa was so relaxing and massages were excellent. Can’t say enough great things about the people and property. You’ll never want to leave, and will be looking forward to coming back soon. The absolute best resort I’ve ever been to.

Wow this place is beautiful! My travel agent helped plan a last minute trip down to Pedregal and it did not disappoint. From the transport back and forth from the airport, to the amazing staff who checked me in and helped me find the champagne bar when I was lost, to the pool staff, Aaron my concierge, bartenders and wait staff at Don Manuels etc. Everyone just goes out of their way to make sure your trip is spectacular. I was traveling alone for a “mecation” and I never felt weird being alone and always felt special. Thanks Pedregal!!!

My wife and I enjoyed another wonderful stay at the Resort at Pedregal, our 3rd stay. The rooms, food and service are incredible. We especially enjoy Don Manuels for breakfast and dinner, and El Farallon for a special evening. We will definitely be back, hopefully soon.

We don't have the words to express what a wonderful experience this property offered, Starting with a seamless meet-up at the airport for transportation to the absolutely stunning property and cordial greeting once at the property. From welcome amenity of a beautiful keepsake bottle of tequila, the daily offering of beer and chips in our room, to the art pieces scattered around the property, this hotel is special. We did not indulge in the spa, but for spa goers, this will be heaven. The plus is it is only a 5 minute walk to the center of town. There is too much to list all this property has to offer, but if you want a truly memorable time in Cabo, treat yourself to this location. We loved it and plan on going back next year.

The Perfect Honeymoon

The location, the service, the amenities, everything was perfect. We wanted a relaxing honeymoon and the Waldorf Pedregal was the perfect place for it. They were the most helpful people and provided the best service have ever seen. It was only one week after getting back that we started planning our next trip back to the Waldorf. We love it and can see many more trips back there in our future.
