The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the old part of town. The concierge was especially helpful in choosing a restaurant for dinner. We appreciated the virtuoso package.

this hotel is in the middle of everything, which is a good thing. we walked and walked. when we arrived, it was about 9:30 a.m.. so i understood that our room was not ready, so we ate breakfast. when we returned to the lobby, the desk clerk saw that i was having a meltdown, and HAPPILY , a room was now available. he found us a great, sunny room with a fabulous view…THANK YOU. the hotels sits on top of one of the underground subway cities. now that is something everyone need to experience.

The Gold level service and amenities went beyond our expectations! The concierges on the gold floor went above and beyond in every request. Those in the lobby did the same. The room was wonderful; large and quite comfortable. The food was fantastic!

We were only there for two nights. Check in was a breeze and everyone at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Concierge was great. The restaurant in the hotel where we had breakfast was great. Wait staff in the restaurant was exceptional.

The hotel is well located downtown and had just reopened. The Club on the 21st floor was very well run. The hospitality there pampered us. The Concierges were so helpful in giving clear directions to city sites including metro lines, stops and busses. The room was spacious as Heidi scored an upgrade for us.

We stayed here for 3 days. The room was very nice although the bathroom was quite small. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. My only complaint was that the location was not the greatest for experiencing Old Montreal.

Did not like hotel - Air conditioning was not adequate for common space areas - hallways were very hot and so was the lobby. Not enough bellmen on staff so when our buses arrived it took forever to get luggage - finally we went down to lobby and luggage was everywhere - finally found our bags and took them up to our room ourselves.
