Love Four Seasons Resort at Manele Bay - complete focus on whatever we needed and being available any time we needed assistance, rides, etc. and the golf course is perhaps my favorite - ocean views on almost every hole!

Highly recommend location. Staff across all aspects of the hotel are extremely well trained and personable. Facility even better post renovation. Only negative is they appear to be aggressively pushing the limit on price of rooms/food

Beyond expectations! Service was fantastic! KFAS was incredible! Bfast buffet-fresh and delicious! Rooms were amazing! Only disappointment was spa amenities were not available although we did have massages and they were great! We will be back!

Just based on personal preferences, we preferred the four seasons on the big island. But Lanai was beautiful and full of good activities.

Fabulous! Our family of six loved this place! We had 3 - sixteen year olds and 1-eighteen year old. They did not want to leave. If we get back to Hawaii - we will definitely visit this resort again! Many worried there was not much to do - disagree - granted there is really no where to go late night - who wants to! The service is the some of the best my husband and I have ever experienced from around the globe. Our connecting rooms were so spacious. The food at all the restaurants - amazing. The beach & snorkeling - awesome! The salt water pool's view and food service spoiled us all as we traveled next to Maui. The sunset cruise set up by the resort was wonderful... I could go on and on. Thank you!

This resort has it all. If you can afford it and want a few days in paradise, this is for you. The breakfasts alone are worth the visit. The rooms are lovely and private; the service is perfect, no one is overbearing but they will do anything for you; the restaurants are excellent, the beach is fantastic and well-stocked with beach equipment such as chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel gear; the one excursion we took was excellent. I can't say enough. I'd love to go back.

Best Hotel!

Best experience staying at a resort: most hospitable staff, excellent food at Nobu and One-Forty, best breakfast buffet selection, cleanest hotel - in room and outside (pool, beach, walkways, etc), beautiful golf course, best pre-arrival team (wonderful they have a private lounge at HNL airport). Hotel did not feel crowded at all at any point in time. Overall, they have a well-trained, well-mannered staff. Worth visiting again and again!

Hawaiian Honeymoon

We recently stayed at the Four Seasons Lanai for our honeymoon. I had visited the resort about a decade earlier when it first became a four seasons, but in the interim, it has undergone an extensive remodel. I am pleased to report that the hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was both gorgeous and had a beautiful ocean view. There are numerous activities to keep you busy... We especially loved the golf course with ocean vistas on ever hike. I would recommend booking the Love Lanai package which gives you unlimited activities for a slightly higher daily rate. My only complaint with the resort would be the variety of restaurants. While the two main ones, Nobu and One Forty, were both quite good, after a few days you might start to feel the lack of choices. Overall, it was a fantastic resort to visit and we will definitely return someday in the future.

Lana'i Trip

Reviewed on: 13 Aug 2018

Rooms: the ocean view upgrade was very much appreciated. It was beautiful to wake up and go to sleep looking at the ocean. Amenities: The pool and pool service were great. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The little drinks they offered and services were great. Activities: The activities themselves were very fun. However, we were advised to book through the app - and the app didn't really work. It was quite frustrating trying to book certain windows for events and then seeing "pending" for the duration of our trip. Plus the app calendar didn't sync up with what we were scheduled to book, so we were a bit confused during our first couple of days. F&B: the breakfast buffet was amazing, and one of the highlights of the trip. The assortment and freshness of food was awesome! However, we were slightly frustrated with our Nobu experience. The reservation service+food was not on par with what we have experienced in other Nobu. Overall, we loved our stay and would book again!

We had a great time!

After visiting Maui and Oahu we had been recommended to visit Lanai and we are so glad we did. It felt like we were finally visiting Hawaii as we expected it to be and the staff, grounds, room and food were all extremely impressive. We travelled with our two girls (2 1/2 and 1) and they both had a fantastic time in the pool, hot tub, on the beach, chatting away to the birds with Bruno and enjoying great food. We too, had a great time and felt extremely relaxed. While the hotel didn’t seem to have the same ‘personalised’ experience that we’ve experienced at other Four Seasons properties, it still had a very exclusive feel, and the staff always went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. The Lanai Air experience was totally worth it and we would highly recommend taking this chartered flight both ways! If you’re looking for a relaxing, peaceful break with incredible scenery and views. Lanai is the place for you!

The shuttle transportation from Lanai airport to the resort was very lacking for both me and my travel companion who arrived at 2 different times. When I arrived there was no one in the airport lobby to great me. I walked around then went outside to find an empty resort shuttle. 10 minutes later the shuttle driver came out to apologize. I was the only passenger.... My companion had the same experience, only worse. when the driver finally showed up, he had no record of her name was was not going to transport her despite prior arrangements and confirmation of her flight, and name. Once at the resort, she had a difficult time getting to the room because of the same scenario, no record of her name, etc. This was unacceptable.
