The Ritz property and staff wowed us all and provided the best environment for our fun Spring Break! The club lounge was an amazing experience for us all. Kati, Trish, Adam, Carole and Jonathan all provided tremendous customer service. They all made our vacation a perfect 10..

Ritz strives to accomplish a consistency of experience with new owners at this property there appears to be a push to increase productivity, small things were overlooked, great people doing more with less appears to be putting a strain on a great property.

My husband and I spent 3 wonderful and relaxing days at the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes. The property is magnificent with activities for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the walking paths and the concierge lounge. The staff was excellent and treated us very well. Breakfast at Highball and Harvest provided many tasty options.

The Ritz Carlton Orlando was a beautiful hotel! We enjoyed the pool and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and took care of our every need. When a staff member found out our youngest misplaced her blanket-the staff member went to the hotel shop and brought back a beautiful, soft bear with a blanket. She delivered it to our youngest and said "I hope this helps while you try to find your blanket". This was so thoughtful! Great stay at a beautiful resort!

Well intentioned but poor execution- more like a La Quinta than a Ritz

There were several issues with the hotel; it is under construction and the hotel/staff seems disorganized, ill prepared for guests and overwhelmed. Even their in room dining menu was expired and unavailable- and they were unable to give me a current wine list. The folks working in room service, while very nice, were frenetic and unable to answer basic questions. That being said- the on-call manager at the time was very accommodating and helpful- and embarrassed by the issues during our stay.

While we were only at the hotel for one night, it is a beautiful property and the staff was very helpful and we felt well taken care of.
