I used to live in Boston and we enjoy going back whenever we can and opportunity presents itself. Never stayed at XV Beacon before...can't say I'll ever be able to stand staying anywhere else now.  This is not an inexpensive experience, but you get what you pay for and that makes all the difference. The location is perfect, the staff is superb, the rooms are large and tasteful and comfortable and quiet and the food is really good.  If you are looking for a top-notch, high-end experience right at the Common, don't miss XV Beacon.

Such a fun stay at Fifteen Beacon. It was nestled in the historic government district but walking distance to water, Fenway and shopping! The concierge was wonderful in helping with plans and transportation and the rooms were luxurious.

Service & Food are mediocre

By: Devon

The staff were all very friendly, but the service was consistently inconsistent. The room was reasonably clean, but when cleaned each day many things were over looked, The concierge made a dinner res for us but when we arrived there was no res on file. The restaurant in the hotel was expensive, had a very limited menu for all meals of the day, & the food was mediocre at best. I stayed at the Nine Zero down the street in the past & at that price point, it is an exceedinly better hotel. XV Beacon has the feel of an over priced boarding house; I would not recommend this hotel.

Fifteen Beacon was wonderful. We felt like family and the TLC was amazing. Loved the treats in the room, daily weather updates, cozy atmosphere, and the staff. The Moo restaurant next to it had exquisite food and fabulous service.

Hotel and food was good. Had cold showers everyday and complaining didn't change. Trying to run the water for a half hour did not help much
