We LOVE this hotel!

We stayed at the 4 Seasons Hotel in B.A. five years ago and had a marvellous experience. It is for that very reason that we chose it once again. We were not to be disappointed, as we found it to be exactly as remembered - if anything, even better! In all of our hotel stays, internationally, over the last 3 decades - I would have to say that the 4 Seasons Hotel BA staff is the most beautifully trained we have ever encountered. Might I say, flawless! Our suite on the concierge floor was beautifully designed and met all our needs. The concierge staff was particularly helpful when asked, and found creative solutions to all requests. We had cause to also use both the lounge facility and the main dining room on numerous occasions, and not only exemplary service, but also extremely fine food. In closing, literally on the way "out the door", I slipped into the Boutique on the Mezzanine floor, and ended our stay by making a pleasant purchase of a necklace of tiger's eye stones. Don't miss it!

Terri recommend the Four Seasons Hotel to us when we were stuck in Buenos Aires at the start of our Backroads trip. It was a fantastic hotel- so much so we didn't want to leave! She also was happy to cancel our other hotel reservations and rebook us at the Four Seasons at the back end of the trip! She knew we would love the hotel and we did! It also came with great amenities thanks to Terri being a Virtuoso Member!

Only hotel in decades without a problem....maybe one needs to note the need for better and more menu choices, except for breakfast which is at 80% of the best: a Sheraton, Chef GeorgeBlank in Lyon, and the Marriott in Cairo. A-

The Four Seasons hotel in Buenos Aires was very impressive & extremely well located. We were treated to, very welcoming hotel personnel & shown to a small luxurious suite. Service was truly exceptional, by all. The concierge was very helpful, the dining hall with it's great variety of food & the staff most obliging. We have stayed at the Four Seasons hotel in other places around the world & as expected this hotel was just as wonderful.

Unfortunately, the Four Seasons BA was extremely busy and at capacity during our stay, and it clearly affected service. For being a Four Seasons, we would expect better. The property itself is charming, and our room was nice.

I am not a pool person but every afternoon we ended up with our teenage boys at the pool and it was the best way to rest after a full day of touring, and before we headed into the night time festivities. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. Staff very helpful.
