Not only was the hotel the nicest I have ever stayed, but it was perfectly located for our cruise. In addition the hotel staff was very knowledgeable of available tours and events which were of interest to us. Every staff member was willing to help in any way possible. It was also a real convenience to have the private room with breakfast, snacks, and horsd'oeuvres.

The Fairmont Waterfront was the perfect hotel for our Disney Cruise to Alaska. Our 9 member family vacation started on a high note with our stay at the Fairmont. The food was excellent, the service was great and the location could not be beat. And we were on the Gold floor to get into the executive lounge. Can't be beat !!!!!

We love the Fairmont Hotels and this one in particular when doing a cruise or a Tauck Tour out of Vancouver. The Hotel is right in the middle of everything and across the street from the ship terminal. We have stayed here twice.

I really don't think Fairmont makes a bad property & the Fairmont Waterfront lived up to their reputation. We stayed on the concierge floor and took advantage of the snacks, drinks & breakfast the next day. They have a rooftop deck that was just so relaxing and were able to watch the cruise boats come in. It is conveniently located close to Stanley Park--which is filled with walkers, runners, bikers, etc. It is a great place to people watch. Service at the Fairmont was impeccable, as always. The staff was helpful with anything we needed. Even recommending a drugstore for cold medication when I came down with a cold that first day. We will be back to this beautiful property.

The Fairmont was beautiful with casual luxury. The view from our room was amazing and the room so comfortable and relaxing. We've never stayed in a room with a TV in the bathroom mirror. Nice touch! We had great meals and drinks in the Arc Restaurant. It couldn't have been more perfect!

As usual, the night we spent at the Fairmont waterfront was wonderful. I always feel,it is without a doubt the most restful night ever away from home.
Staff are friendly and helpful, go out of their way to make you feel at home.
The garden rooms are beautiful, and the outdoor area is a great place to rest after excersise or swim.
Thanks for a great nights rest.

Our accommodation and service at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel was exceptional. It's location was ideal for visiting the city of Vancouver. We were at the hotel during Canada's 150th celebration and we very much enjoyed being in the center of this event.
We would recommend the hotel to everyone.

The best kind of luxury

I think the best kind of luxury is when you forget you are not at home. To a person we were treated with such kindness and service. They bellman who opened our car door was great, but I have grown accustomed to every hotel with bellmen making us feel welcome. The surprises were in four places specifically. First, the kid checking is in was incredible! So eager to tell us all the great things we had access to because we came by way of a Virtuoso Advisor. Second, the waitress in the restaurant was so fun! Not invasivly so, but just warm, friendly and the right amount of humor. Third, our room attendant so sweet. Everyday she greeted us when she saw us in the hall AND asked us how our trip was going! But the biggest of all was the woman with the concierge in the lounge on floor Nine. Wow! I don't have enough space to write the things she didn't have to do, but did, that made our stay special. But one was bringing kombucha to us: "We hear you enjoy Kombucha," she said. Stunning! Thank you!

The Fairmont is a great location and has awesome views. The concierge is excellent and has relationships with several restaurants in the area.
The food at the Fairmont's restaurant is so-so -- very pricey for what you get, even for a hotel. Service at breakfast was great -- ask for Alcina. Service at late dinner was terrible, but I'm guessing that was a one-off.
Overall, I would recommend the hotel!
