Amazing hotel, Amazing Staff!!

Dearest Carillon, We had stayed in this hotel last year and absolutely loved everything about it, so when it came this year to book a hotel for our vacation it was a no brainer, where we were going to stay. Of course we went in with the highest of expectations, and do you know what.... This trip was even better then last year!! Firstly the staff is absolutely incredible, they go above and beyond to please us, from the house keeping staff (Angelina), to the beach boys and girls, the waitress, management and chef in the restaurant Tyme, and especially the receptionists. The pools were perfectly heated, the exercise Aqua classes were fun, the spa was AMAZING, the new beach chairs and umbrellas were really nice. The one thing they didn't tell us was that some of the hotel was under renovation, where we were unable to use two of the pools and breakfast was very noisy with loud drilling noise. The hotel went above and beyond to fix their mistakes and it was hugely appreciated.

The location and decor are gorgeous at The Carillon Miami, but it’s really the staff, spa and fitness classes that set this property apart. The spa is huge and immaculate, and it’s open to guests of the hotel everyday (even if you don’t book a spa service). So your typical day here can be: beautiful beachside breakfast, barre class taught by an amazing ballet dancer, adults only poolside sunbathing (there are also 2 family friendly pools), lunch at the pool bar, a resistance band strength training class, stretch class, then to the spa for some sauna and hot tub, then fabulous dinner in their lovely restaurant. Everything about it is so lovely! A perfect getaway.
