Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa

Cristina Buaas planned a beautiful trip for us to Rancho Valencia, in Rancho Santa Fe, CA this past September. What an amazing property! The casitas are decorated and furnished with beautiful, comfortable, high quality fixtures and the gardens throughout the property provided a lush and relaxing atmosphere for our 3 days away from reality! The Veladora dining room is beautifully decorated and provides and very comfortable surrounding to enjoy the chef's delicious menu! Daily, we enjoyed the world-class tennis facility, the intricately tiled spa and the tasty poolside lunches, below sky-high palm trees. Taking advantage of their Porsche-for-borrow program was especially memorable on our dinner out to La Jolla and sightseeing in San Diego. The staff was so friendly, accommodating and personable. We can see how much they love working there, as they deliver their services with genuine joy and kindness. We HIGHLY recommend reserving your next CA vacation at Rancho Valencia! You'll love it!

Rancho Valencia has excellent customer service. Everyone seems genuinely interested in you and your experience at the resort. We had a great experience with the tennis instructors. They worked us very hard and gave us some great skills to work on. The spa was excellent and very necessary after so many hours of tennis each day. The room was fantastic and we enjoyed using our jacuzzi. What a fabulous place to visit. Wish we could go there every weekend!

We live near Rancho Valencia and were looking for a getaway. From the moment we pulled into the resort, we were relaxed. Every member of the staff was outstanding. The room was wonderful and we had a real chance to revitalize. Be sure to spring for the room with the patio and dipping pool, it is absolutely worth it!

We had one of the best rooms ever! Good quality finishes, plenty of room, private outside hot tub and who could be sad about the mini bar included in the room rate! Great place - would happily return again.

My wive and I have been coming to Rancho Valencia to take part in their execellent tennis program. We will be back.

Hands-down the best service, location, amenities, privacy, and most incredible vacation we have ever been on. We can’t wait to go back!

This place is perfect as a wellness getaway - a multitude of complimentary workout classes followed by green juice, an amazing spa, and lots of tennis courts to play at. Also just lounging at the pool adds extra relaxation. You never have to leave the resort! If you do want to venture off, Del Mar beach is just 15 minutes away.

We have been going to Rancho Valencia for over 10 years. The accommodations and service are great. The tennis is awesome (try the 4 hour clinic- but call ahead to arrange). Dinner at The Market is not to be missed.

Resort was just what we needed for a quiet quick getaway. Will definitely return.

Extremely roomy and peaceful

I love this place. It is so relaxing and private. At the time of booking, we thought it is kind of expensive. But when we set our foot on the resort, it was worth every dollar. The food is amazing, the pool in the yard is again very relaxing. The service is totally 5 star. We spent 4 nights there without even wanting to go out.
