Sustainability
Our Commitment
Capri Palace Jumeirah commits to be aligned with local and regional suppliers, respecting seasonal cycles of produce and maximizing its usage across every food preparation. We don’t use plastic single-use materials and only use led lights. We also repurpose the heat produced by the AC system for general heating of the premise. Future sustainability projects include the reuse of rainwater for irrigation, and the implementation of electric shuttles.
