Warm & Comfortable Property

The Inn & Spa at Loretto provided first class service in a warm and comfortable setting. Although the room could use some updates, it was quiet and inviting. The spa public area was cramped but the room for the couples’ massage was large and the massage was great! The dining room and bar were pleasant and service was good. The property is within walking distance to great shopping and dining in Old Santa Fe, and there are several fine shops within the Inn &Spa at Loretto itself. I would highly recommend this property as a place to stay in Santa Fe.

Most Relaxing Honeymoon Ever!

My husband and I recently visiting the Inn and Spa at Loretto for our honeymoon. We were immediately taken aback by the beauty of the building and landscape. When we arrived it was snowing and everything inside the Inn felt so cozy! The staff was so friendly and helpful especially Anderson, he helped us with our bags during check-in and then built us a fire in our room. Our room was amazing! We were upgraded to a suite on arrival. We had a fireplace and two balconies, one overlooking the Loretto Chapel and mountains in the distance and the other overlooking the square. The suite was warm and inviting and the bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of in the morning! The breakfast at Luminaria was always so good. The huevos rancheros and pancakes are the best and the service is quick and attentive. We visited the spa on our second day for an 80 minute couples massage. The spa had an extensive selection of products and services, and our masseuses were wonderful! Most relaxing trip!

The best location for walking to the most highlights in Santa Fe. We have stayed at most of the top hotels/inns in Santa Fe. This is our favorite. The room was well decorated and the balcony was grand, with a 270 degree view and room enough for an outdoor party for 15. We enjoyed sitting out looking at the mountains with a nightcap and in the morning with a cup of coffee. We ate breakfast in the mornings at their outdoor cafe. The summer shade was welcome, the ambiance nice, and the food, good. A great place to stay in Santa Fe!

Great Hotel & Centrally-Located

We enjoyed this elegant hotel very much! The room was comfortable and quiet and the bedding was very nice! The hotel is just a couple (at the most depending on how you count) blocks from the main plaza and on the Canyon Rd side too so if so inclined you could walk their as well. My daughter and I both had massages at the spa which was very nice, well-decorated and super clean. We dined in the main restaraunt Luminaria for breakfast and the food was delicious and the service very attentive. We had dinner in the lobby bar one night and had some of the best nachos I've ever had (short rib with red chili sauce). The concierge Dianne was so helpful as far as suggesting things for us to do and places to eat that would appeal to my 13 year old daughter. I would definitely stay here again as it was easy to drive to and a great location for walking.

We had been looking forward to our trip to Santa Fe. The Inn and Spa at Loretto looked wonderful. Our room had a private patio near the pool which we enjoyed the first full day. We also enjoyed the complimentary offers for meals, etc. The location was perfect for sightseeing, shopping, and restaurants. Everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful, especially the two concierges that we spoke to on separate occasions. The Inn and Spa at Loretto was just a comfortable and welcoming spot at the end of a long trip.

The Inn was a fantastic piece to our wonderful trip to Santa Fe. While it may not be the newest or poshest Hotel, it has that perfect Santa Fe feel that both kids and adults loved.

We have stayed at many of the Inns or hotels in Santa Fe over the years. For the money, this is excellent and in our experience, better than most of the much more expensive places. Great location, nice staff, and lovely rooms.
