We really liked this hotel, but had to mentally adjust to the very contemporary finishes after having stayed in a hotel that was just the opposite for the several days before. We were upgraded to an incredible room with a great balcony. The service was wonderful and we were able to walk to everything from this hotel.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Great service and rooms were very large and comfortable. Enjoyed Roman bath and pool as well. Nice change of pace.

This beautiful building is a true gem in Granada. The staff are excellent, especially their concierge Allejandro. We stayed in the original building and our room was excellent. The outdoor seating area as well as the breakfast restaurant were very good. Locationwise, its a short walk to some wonderful restaurants and shops in the town squares. Highly recommend it.

What an amazing property. Close to all the action but far enough to have some peace and quiet.

This was a hotel that was not up to what we have come to expect. We were upgraded from a standard room to a superior. The room was an attic room, with very small floor level windows, plain white walls and a shower that was hand held but would not stay at shower level. Bath was very small and sink and counter were in the bedroom, not in the bath. Restaurant and other parts of the hotel were beautiful, even other rooms that I saw were nice, but this room was not up to standard, in my opinion. However the bed was comfortable and we did not spend much time in the room as we toured beautiful Granada. This room is not pictured on the hotel website, for good reason. I would be sure and get a guarantee and a photo of the room before confirming your stay here.
