The Lowell

The Lowell

Live life at The Lowell on the Upper East Side, set in one of New York City’s iconic neighborhoods. While Central Park, Museum Mile and the three B’s of shopping – Bloomingdale’s, Barneys and Bergdorf Goodman – are just moments away, you’ll feel worlds removed in this intimate boutique setting. Enjoy brunch or afternoon tea in the European-inspired Pembroke Room. Experience the newest dining additions, featuring seasonal cuisine at Majorelle, a welcoming maison where guests are always made to feel at home. Sip the perfect martini at Jacques’ Bar and unwind over a cocktail in the hotel’s Club Room.

Hotel Tip

For a touch of home on the Upper East Side, book one of the elegant suites with fireplaces and private terraces — unique in New York City. –Bob Watson Purchase, New York

The location of the Lowell is ideal for a visit to NYC—far enough South to do Fifth Ave. shopping,Columbus Circle and MOMA and far enough North to explore Madison Ave., museums like the Frick and Met, and upper East side restaurants and stores. Much has been remodeled so pretty fresh. Great Bar. Wonderful breakfast. Nice room. Only problem is that every room is different so you will likely not get what is advertised on the website for a room—location, tub/no tub, one chair/ two chairs, etc. you need to either know the room number you want or ask as many questions possible before you book.
