The Dolder Grand is a beautiful hotel. The staff are very polite and accommodating. We stayed in the new section of the hotel but for those that love history you may opt for the original

Room was very nice. Room staff was very good. Food was very good. Prepaid portion of some meals was not credited properly. Finally corrected.

The hotel is beautifully located and exquisitely appointed. Easy shuttle to downtown and close to public transportation.
