As a result, 95% of Cap Juluca’s full time staff are locals from the Caribbean, with many spanning decades as part of our team. In the wake of Hurricanes Irma and Jose, Cap Juluca partnered with other real estate owners and employers on the island to launch the Anguilla Stronger Emergency Relief Fund to raise money and relief supplies for the community to rebuild their homes.
