The Luna Hotel in Venice was very comfortable but hideously expensive. The service was good although a tad haughty. My big complaint is that the Concierge didn't have options for getting us from the hotel to the airport for the return flight. We paid 110 Euros for a water taxi and then another 40 Euros for a 2-minute ride from the airport dock to the terminal. Ridiculous!

This hotel has a lovely bar area. Rooms were nice and clean and the staff were all very pleasant to deal with it. Right next to San Marco.

From the time we entered this hotel, we loved it. The arrival was unique. The staff was friendly, but a little stiff. The location was ideal for visiting the sites in Venice. We were turned away for dinner one night because we had not made reservations. The room was over the top nice and clean.

It paled in comparison to the Regina. Regina staff and concierge ran circles around Luna in regards to friendliness and responsiveness. I would rate the hotel services average mostly in comparison the sister hotel that excelled in almost every way.
