We were very disappointed we were charged for trip insurance without being asked. And then to find out because we are residents of Florida it was invalid. The grounds at the Four Seasons are very tight. And looking across at power lines was bad. Laney

Four Seasons Maui was absolutely AMAZING! We went there for our honeymoon. The hotel is beautiful! It is a well cared for property. The beach was beautiful and water that is swimmable which you cant find everywhere in Hawaii. The service was impeccable! They were always one step ahead of you. The restaurants were all wonderful! The hotel is located in a nice part of the island - not overly congested like the North-West area. We would go back again in a heartbeat!

I am sure everyone says the Four Seasons is the best. And it is. We went for our 25th Wedding anniversary and stayed on the club floor, To a person, everyone was friendly, focused on our needs and espoused the four seasons way. The food is great. the hotel facilities are welcoming and fresh. if you are there for something special, definitely check out the cabana rentals at the serenity pool. well worth the expense to treat yourself. Also, we had a dinner on the beach, crafted for us by the chefs. What an experience. bottom line...worth every penny. I think they may have converted us to four seasons regulars.

And I've stayed at a lot in my life. This was by far the best. The hotel itself is beautiful on the inside, the rooms were amazing and the location couldn't be beat. The service was always impeccable, everyone was genuinely warm and friendly. Our week-long stay was a dream and we can't wait to go back. Yes it's expensive but you really get what you pay for. I can't recommend this enough.

We've been to all the Hawaiian Islands and many resorts -- but the Four Seasons Maui is, by far, the best resort in Hawaii. The service is exceptional and the property is amazing. You'll never want to leave!

Every vision is of beauty . The entry drive, the lobbies, the flowers.....the valets.....especially as a nighttime arrival. Our room was exceptionally nice, with broad ocean views and an updated decor. I think this is the fifth time we’ve stayed here. QUIET , just the ocean to listen to if the patio doors were open. We love the buffet breakfast - especially the BACON - the best in the world. The breakfast hostess, Donna, remembers us every time. She is a terrific employee and an amazing ambassador for the hotel and all of Hawaii !

Hotel staff were outstanding with making sure we were safe at every meal/snack due to severe family allergies. We weren't happy with our room placement (overlooking a loading dock area), and they moved us to an upgraded room without having to pay difference. Fresh fruit in our room every day was a delight! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Beautiful property however undergoing construction. Service was inconsistent. Breakfast buffet was just OK-they could learn something from the Orlando or the Lana'i properties. KFAS was fantastic! Had a lovely time all in all.

Spectacular view from our very generous sized balcony. The breakfast buffet was fresh and the foods varied from American breakfast to the Congee Chicken, yum!!! The ocean views with a slight morning breeze made a great start to our two days in Maui. The staff were incredible, and even accommodated an expedited laundry service overnight, arriving promptly back in our room by 8:30am.

Loud and too many cabanas

3 different music .. the guy in the bar, music in Ferraros, the Italian restaurant which should have been left as it was with island fare like grilled fish etc.. and music in the steak restaurant... it's too much! All the added cabanas are hot, sweaty and block the breeze and view. The lobby decor is hideous now... burgundy silk pillows?? Fifth and last visit...

We been here multiple times before but it always relax us everytime upon arrival.
All we have to do is check-in and relax, everything is / will be taken care off.
Folks here genuinely want to create a best experience for guests.
Well worth the money for the quality of the hotel, services , and experience.

Great property. Quiet and classy - away from the maddening crowds at Lahaina - but still close enough to enjoy. Entire staff makes everyone feel welcome. Very nice rooms with views. Ferraro's Restaurant will not disappoint.

We really enjoyed our stay at Four seasons, who wouldn’t, it’s beautiful. The accomadations are great and the service is amazing. However we did pick a week with lots of children which was not what we were looking for but we will definetely come back.

Our stay at the Four Seasons was perfect. Our upgraded suite was beautiful. The service at the Four Seasons is the best we have ever encountered. It was sometimes hard to get reservations for dinner at the restaurants and the times we wanted. Loved the music and hula show in the lobby bar. Wonderful experience!

The four seasons resort at Maui was excellent! The resort was beautiful and the service was unbelievable. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing but fun time! The food was delicious, common areas and rooms were kept so clean. Everyone in the hotel had a smile on their face. Would definitely go back.

Peaceful, relaxing and just perfect! The customer service and attention to detail at this Four Seasons Resort is 5 stars. The rooms were enormous with spectacular balconies. The food, pools and beach were amazing! We will definitely return!

Our stay was good. The property is beautiful. However the resort is large—too large, and it was overrun a bit with honeymooners and children. On one of our afternoons there we were essentially turned away from the pools—they were that crowded. Disappointing. The food was excellent in the restaurants howvever and the service was top notch.

Everything lived up to our expectation. We ended up upgrading an upgrade. It caught us a bit of surprise and made us pause a bit at the idea of being "sold" something at check-in but we let go of that eventually and was very happy with our accommodation (Ocean view Prime). The resort was everything we needed for a laid back vacation with beautiful surroundings and a very attentive staff.

We cannot say enough positive things about Four Seasons Maui. Wailea is such a beautiful part of the island and typically has the best weather on the island. We love that it is a bit less touristy, but has everything we could possibly want or need. Not a detail is spared by the Four Seasons, especially for families. They make it so easy to vacation with children that we plan to make it an annual trip!

Second visit there and ready for a third which will likely be a year away, unfortunately. They do it well there. What impresses me the most about the FS Maui is how the majority of staff have incredible longevity. That goes a long way in how they treat you because this is their career, not a temporary job while they look for something better.
