Despite being full for the holidays, it never felt crowded and the staff was never too busy to help. Truly a great resort!

The service at Jumby Bay, from the initial welcome on the dock through every meal and activity, was impeccable! Every need was not just met, but exceeded. The staff made our 25th Anniversary a dream vacation that we will never forget! We won't wait 25 more years to come back!

Haven of Beauty

Beautiful and unique. The staff is simply wonderful and could not do enough for you and always with a smile. Accommodations private, spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a beachfront cottage with our own patio. Very very nice surroundings. However, we must mention for such an exceptional resort, there does need to be an oversight by management on housecleaning. Was somewhat taken aback by the dirt accumulation on the tops of the drapes, the ceiling fan in the bath and the louver doors. The cocktail table and glass top were also quite messy. The day to day housekeeping was very good. All and all it was a wonderful time. Suggestions on food. Would like to see not just hamburgers on the menu but also turkey burgers, perhaps a tuna fish salad sandwich or club sandwich, whole wheat or multi grain pasta, more non meat choices. Breakfast each morning was fantastic. Loved having my own pot of pressed coffee. Always served with a smile. Truly beautiful resort.

Fabulous! The staff, food and activities were wonderful! The only drawback to our trip was of the 4 villas we could stay in we ended up being put in our last choice. The villa needed updating and a few of the rooms smelled musty/moldy.

Outstanding resort

Jumby Bay is a truly unique and outstanding resort. We are used to Curtain Bluff in Antigua, and felt uncertain about switching to Jumby Bay, especially as it recently changed ownership. As it turned out the resort far exceeded our expectations, and was a similar, but classier, resort to Curtain Bluff. The island itself is stunning, with bike paths and hiking trails. We started each morning with a round of tennis, and then had a sumptuous breakfast, which can be either a la carte or buffet. The beach was never crowded, with no difficulty getting a palapa. The chair cushions were covered each night, and so clean each morning. The beach service could not be better. Service in general was extraordinary, but never stuffy. People obviously cared how you felt during your stay. Food was wonderful, and the formal Estate House dining was 5 star. Drinks were top shelf. The only limitation was our waist line!. Overall a friendly, classy, beautiful resort with outstanding service.
