A really fine property

Although it attracts smaller corporate events, this is a beautiful property and the staff was superb. We stayed in a suite in the convent at the back of the property, a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. There are less expensive and better situated hotels all over Florence, but if you want to be pampered, you cannot go wrong here.

Pros. • Prompt service of Concierge. They arranged the restaurant and the museums etc. perfectly. They even booked a Uffizi museum for that day on which we wanted to go. It was very impressive. • The interior of the hotel was beautiful. • The breakfast in the main building was gorgeous. We were introduced that both main and annex buildings provide with the same breakfast, but apparently, the it was better in the main building • The room could have been upgraded…? Cons. • The rain shower was broken. The battery for the TV remote was weak, so it was not working properly. It was bothersome when watching TV. The maintenance did not seem to have been done perfectly. • Spa staff changed the reservation time multiple times.

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is a very beautiful and special place. The entire staff makes you feel welcome and treats you like a VIP. It is almost like they know what you want or need before you do. They never disappoint.
