i stay at the Four Seasons two to three times a year. My girls live in Los Angeles and I live in Italy. The Four Seasons LA is my home in LA. I love the rooms, the staff, the pool and the spa.

Love the Four Seasons

We have stayed at most Four Seasons hotels around the world. The Four Seasons in Beverly Hills was always a favorite - although for a city hotel our favorite remains the Four Seasons in Buenos Aires - service was wonderful as always.

Perfect still after all these years

Perfect. Staff is impeccable. Concierge made not 1 but 2 mistakes with our airport pickup but they more than made up for it... the front desk team was lovely and as usual all the in room dining team was incredible. Things get forgotten like syrup or ketchup so maybe work on a check list for the trays?? The lobby isn't as lovely unfortunately now that they have the Jeff Leatham look... it works in Paris at the George V but the huge Casablanca lily arrangement is gone and missed immensely!!! The purple is harsh and not calming like the lobby of the Peninsula LA... FSLA outside landscape in front is just ridiculous. Harsh but true.

Excellent. Hotel has completed updating the physical fitness center, newly decorated rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location. The food is very good. Love this hotel.

Five night stay in Feb 2017 was perfect. Refurbished California suite very comfortable. It still has its original charm but nicely updated including iPads in each room allowing easy access to hotel services.

Great Hotel, excellent hospitality and rooms. Valet parking is a disaster. It always takes a long time to get your car; they need to work on it.
