The Fullerton was unbelievable. The service we were provided and the friendliness of the staff was incomparable. I have been In the casino/hospitality service my whole career and am very picky and critical about good service. I couldn't say one bad thing. We were able to eat breakfast in the Straits Club with Champagne but the hostess there(wish I could remember her name) suggested we eat in the main breakfast buffet outside with the view and bigger food selection and she would have champagne brought to us there. Those are the little things, or should I say that is the quality of staff, that makes a hotel a GREAT hotel. Thank you Fullerton and Staff I want that hostess to be recognized so I will narrow down time and place it was the night of the 2nd about 11 pm I went into the straits club to rent some DVDs the one girl went to get the DVDs and the other girl was so cheerful and helpful recommending us to eat downstairs the next morning. Great Staff, Excellent Service

Incredible Views / Wonderful Hotel

Staff was welcoming and informative. Club level accommodations want for nothing. It's hard to avoid overindulging with complementary champagne breakfast, high tea, and cocktail hour. Strolling around the hotel at night is not to be missed. The skyline is illuminated in a rainbow of colors. Great place to stay if you're a fan of "Crazy Rich Asians".

The hotel was well located and the concierge was extremely helpful. My family and I were upgraded to a category above our travel companions. Unfortunately, they were on the redone floors so our upgrade felt like a downgrade. The club level was nice, but I think the restaurant on the ground floor felt dated.

Our room #617 had a spectacular view from our balcony of the marina's nightly "light show". We enjoyed the complimentary daily amenities of the Straits Club { champagne breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails}. The JADE cantonese restaurant was a real experience. The service was very good and the food was beyond compare. Reservations are a must. The Fullerton offers a delightful and informative historical tour of the hotel, not to be missed.

This hotel is a wonderfully renovated small boutique hotel in the very center of Singapore. It is very well located. It has many neat extras included. The breakfast is wonderful. They provide a "handy" cell phone that can be used to get directions all over town. The hotel was originally the post office so it has an interesting history.
