My daughter and I just returned from London where we used Noteworthy for absolutely every aspect of our stay. I believe this company should be awarded at least 5 stars for their service and dedication to their clients. We unfortunately threw the entire staff off during their busiest two weeks of the year in London. All I had to do was make one simple call to my travel advisor Alysia and within 15 minutes I had received a call from noteworthy directly and was able to discuss my situation and even though they were very over booked, changed my whole week that was preplanned and in the works. Without missing a beat the whole staff jumped in to help work out our schedule and never ever made me feel guilty for seeking this change. We had the most wonderful, memorable, fantastic trip that a mother and daughter could ask for. Noteworthy is pure class and has an unbelievable reputation with everyone they work with, access to places and events that most people can only dream about!

the England part went smoothly and we loved the Montigue Hotel behind the British Natural History Museum, beautiful place and staff. However the Cambridge portion, the hotel Du Vin was a disappointment in incompetent young staff who couldn't or wouldn't be helpful with a broken telephone, a toilet that didn't work half the time and the outside patio our rooms where people smoked foul cigars. Upon checkout the staff tried to present us with the entire bill for room nights stayed and all expenses and took several explanations that the rooms were fully booked and paid for for Noteworthy...inadecuate for the price involved, wouldn't recommend to your future clients.

We had an excellent experience with our London tour guide. She was on time, energetic, engaging, and very knowledgeable. She was able to gage when we were tired and wanted to change direction. She even made back up lunch reservations for us in case we did not plan accordingly--just in case! I would recommend Sophie to any type of traveler.

Noteworthy was able to arrange special tours to Parliament Churchill's war rooms and the changing of the guard. I was able to do this behind the glass at the war rooms and basically see things that are off limits to most. They are a great organization with first class historians taking you around!

Since Ireland really wasn't our be desires to go to....had a daughter over there singing with a school group. Noteworthy thank God, was there for us to make the trip so much more enjoyable than we would ever of thought possible. We had several excursions planned but I have to say that meeting Rory Guinness was truly extraordinary. What an opportunity for us that noteworthy was able to set up. Very, very memorable. From the moment we arrived our guide was spot on and ready to go. She knew all our names, things we prefer and totally understood our pace of vacation and touring. She was very friendly and so accommodating with us. we've learned that Noteworthy guides are of the utmost quality and are expectionally knowledgeable in their field. Loved that she always asked if we wanted to change or tweet things, which really helped us in trying to meet up with my daughters group. We were in very good hands our entire time in Ireland.

Our guide in London, Jim, was fantastic. He was a child whisperer and had my 7 and 9 year old daughters captivated by London's fascinating history. At the same time, entertained my husband and me.
Noteworthy services took away any of the usual vacation stressors. We were able to see so much in a little amount of time. And we were not overtired or overscheduled!

Our first experience with Noteworthy did not disappoint. During our two and half days that we spent with our guide, David, we learned about the places that we visited on a much deeper level than we could have done on our own. Noteworthy has the ability to move through lines quickly, which greatly maximizes your time. This was priceless to our family of six who didn't want to go to Europe to stand in lines....but rather experience as much as possible. David not only made it easy for us to move from place to place, but most importantly, he imparted his extensive knowledge at each place....from the Churchill War Rooms to the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey and Hampton Court. Our kids left England with such a deep understanding of it's history thanks to Noteworthy and David!

I can't say enough good things about NoteWorthy! I would HIGHLY recommend them and would work with them again any time. We enjoyed every single attraction / tour that NoteWorthy arranged for us and feel like we hit all of the highlights and a few things off the beaten path.
Our guide, Alex, was extraordinary. Our kids (age 9 and 11) loved her, and she was wonderful with them. We really enjoyed her insight during our tours and thought she put together a really thoughtful, interesting agenda. We learned far more with Alex than we ever would have on our own or with another generic group tour. She gave us recommendations of what to do when we had unscheduled time and we were able to enjoy some of the things the locals do (ferry to Greenwich market, for example). She also took a ton of family pictures for us.
Our driver, Steve, was also great and we loved chatting with him as he pointed out interesting things and gave us little history lessons throughout the week.

My 16-year old son absolutely enjoyed all the things he thought he wouldn’t. When rain cancelled out our watching the Royal Air Force band performing during the changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace we got a tour of the military museum instead and we both, but he especially enjoyed learning all we did. I’m actually kind of glad it rained!

NoteWorthy was a great host during our recent trip to London. They were helpful with the required COVID testing and their follow up to ensure we had what we needed was very thorough.
We had the same guide and driver for the week which provided consistency and allowed us to build rapport with local experts. Anne Marie and Stephen were very knowledgeable and fun to be with. They were helpful and stayed close by during our activities and also gave us space as a family to enjoy our time together. Anne Marie was very flexible and made adjustments on the fly if we saw something of interest and wanted to adjust our plans. Our family had a really great experience with NoteWorthy and their team. We recommend!

We had an unbelievable experience with Noteworthy! The guides made the trip so much more fun than if we tried to roam London on our own. Our guide who stayed with us for the week knew every landmark (and street and alley and pub!) by heart and always had a quick story to tell us as we trooped around the city. She always met us at the hotel in the morning and brought boundless energy and optimism for the day. Dragging around a jet lagged family can't always be fun, but she really kept us moving and motivated! She got to know us and read us well and was able to tailor the experience for us - she knew when the cut the tour short when our teens' interest were staring to wane and she knew when to stop for snack when they needed to fuel up. We had luxurious transport with a professional driver and a team working behind the scene to make sure our experience was fabulous!

This was my first time working with NoteWorthy and they are great to work with. I met a number of their guides and enjoyed the range of personalities and knowledge that each brought to our experiences. I have been to London a number of times and looked for a more in depth and behind the scenes exploration of some spots I have visited before- Westminster Abbey, St James neighborhood, changing of the guards,Greenwich. I also looked for something new- opportunities to visit new/old neighborhoods- Knightsbridge, King’s Cross.
So much fun! Such lovely and interesting guides-always a new spot to find or recommend, a bit of history or an address new to me! I would definitely work with NoteWorthy again!

Our Noteworthy experience was fantastic. They gave us the peace of mind from the moment we met them at the airport. Caroline toured us through Dublin and by the end of the trip, she felt like family. She was so knowledgeable and made the tour fun for everyone in the family. We left Dublin feeling like we knew the city. From there we travelled to Limerick and Adare with Neal. We all loved Neal and spending time with him. The best experience was the last day where Noteworthy planned a visit to a farm where we made soda bread and butter, ate delicious homemade sausage rolls and got a taste of the Irish countryside. From there we went to the Cliffs of Kilkee. It was the most beautiful way to end the trip. This trip would have been wonderful no matter what but Noteworthy made it special and unique. We loved it!

Our Scotland adventure exceeded our expectations. Our accommodations at the Intercontinental in Edinburg was great. Perfectly located to fully enjoy all the city had to offer. Staff were wonderful. The Cameron House on Loch Lomond was beautiful and the facility had everything that you could possibly want.
Our tour guide David Ladd was a pleasure to accompany. David was so knowledgeable, enjoyable to be with. He could modify the day based upon our requests of what experience we wished to have city vs. countryside. We were able to learn so much of the history through David’s depth of knowledge. We felt extremely fortunate having David as our guide.
Our drivers were all fantastic. They were extremely professional and so concerned with our comfort and enjoyment while visiting beautiful Scotland. Two of our drivers in particular, Jeff and Hugh were so welcoming and made our rides a pleasure by sharing their knowledge of the countryside and providing suggestions for places to see.

Augusta was our guide in London. She was fabulous! She kept us and our girls quite engaged. We loved our Churchill war rooms tour with the museum curator+ such a special tour. I loved that she met us at our hotel and got a feel for how we were doing/what we were needing. As our family’s typical travel planner, I enjoyed not having to think on our vacation. So nice to have someone doing all the thinking for me!
In Edinburgh, Tony was our guide. He was lovely and quite knowledgeable, but not as good at reading our family. We were not as engaged with him, I think he lost us in all the details! He did accommodate our request to enter a cathedral and tried to give my husband suggestions for whiskey tastings.

We loved the tours and they were already aware of our wishes as Debbie Bush let them know what was important to us and they carried through. Our initial tour guide got sick and they filled in immediately with someone else and let them know our wishes. We loved out tour of the Churchill War Room in London that they were able to arrange for us. Another thing that Debbie Bush knew as a travel agent.

Russell was an incredible guide for the half day we spent with him. He met us at our hotel and we headed to the Tower of London. He focused on making the tour interesting for our 7 yr old and engaged him with questions and fun trivia. Our son thought Russell's tour was the highlight of our trip and he learned so much as an added bonus. Even though we spent nearly two hours at the Tower it felt like the perfect amount of time and event our son didn't get antsy or tired. We continued on from the Tower to a fast paced RIB ride on the Thames. It was not for the faint of heart as you go very fast, but it was a fun and unique way to see a large swath of the city pretty quickly. It was amazing to see the historical sites and buildings right next to newly constructed, modern buildings. If you like thrill and adventure, this was a great experience!

Noteworthy is amazing and our tour guide was even better! Chris knew so much about London and could weave politics and history that was easy and interesting for our teenagers! He was so easy to get along with and wanted us to experience the city he truly loves! The owner of the agency even met with us at the backstage of Changing of the Guards! Which was a private event only allowed by Noteworthy customers! I couldn’t say anything negative at all except I wanted more time there! Will go again and will want Chris!!!!

Our guides were spot on and knew just how to draw my husband, a reluctant tourist, out of his shell. I felt immediately at ease with Anne Marie and it was if we had known each other for years rather than minutes. What a joy to get first hand knowledge and history from a local. Her art knowledge was fantastic and so insightful and her dining recommendations were perfect.

NoteWorthy, in conjunction with our US travel advisor, arranged guide/drivers for many days of touring in the English and Scottish countryside, as well as airport transfers. The local guides selected by NoteWorthy were professional and flexible. Our daily touring included stops at English vineyards and Scottish distilleries, as well as many places of interest, with bookings and entrance fees pre-coordinated. NoteWorthy's services were not inexpensive, but they were highly competent.

Our guide for the Tower of London was delightful and very knowledgeable. I was surprised when she wasn’t accompanied by a car and driver for us as it was an incredibly expensive 3 hour tour. And shocked when she told us we were taking the Tube😱! But it turned out to be helpful to know how to use it.

If you can dream it, I feel confident NoteWorthy can make it happen. We had several days touring with them… went behind the glass at Churchill War Rooms, toured Kings horse stables at Windsor, had river cruises, food tours, etc. The guides were amazing and completely flexible to what we felt like doing. I cannot wait to take my children for the Harry Potter Tour.

NoteWorthy is a MUST to work with if you are traveling to the United Kingdom.
They simply have the BEST connections that allow for your experience to be nothing short of amazing and very special. Every guide we had was WONDERFUL...I loved each of them equally. The Churchill War Rooms VIP was extremely special really words can not describe how special it was. The behind the scenes of the Changing of the Guards was wonderful as well. I have had so many of my friends ask "how did you do that" how did you find such amazing guides" my answer....Virtuoso = Mandy my travel agent = NoteWorthy. On the trip we had to make a few adjustments and NoteWorthy did so easily and we did not miss a beat.... If you travel to the Untied Kingdom you MUST use Noteworthy. As I say if you are going to do something do it right...and it does not get any better with Noteworthy.

We were so lucky to have Ms. Sarah Jane Kitching as our guide. She tooks us behind the scenes of many beautiful and interesting spots around London from Buckingham Palace to Borough Market to Westminster Abbey. Through her extensive knowledge of British history, we learned so much and had such a fabulous time walking the city!

The Noteworthy tour of Floris London to create your own scent was one of the best experiences I've had. The Noteworthy guide, Anne Marie, was awesome, and the perfumer's at Floris London made the experience really fun.

Georgie obviously loves her job!! She is a fountain of information and energy and enjoys sharing many facts and stories about London. She was quick to offer to snap a photo at many of the beautiful historic sites. She seemed to enjoy Andrew's description and tour of the Guard's Museum as much as we did. Andrew added a lot of personal history and anecdotes to both the ceremonial parade and our tour of "his" museum. Lastly, Georgie made a hit with us with her suggestion that we visit The Grenadiers Pub for dinner, great food and fun environment.

We had three different guides for our trip to London and each one was fantastic.
I am so impressed by how much they knew and how they loved what they do.

High praises for Noteworthy!!! My husband and I LOVED our tour guides Janet and Felicity. They were a dream to spend time with. Extremely knowledgeable and a joy to tour with. These ladies are so special and I can see why they are a true asset to Noteworthy. A wonderful surprise was the last minute addition to our itinerary of seeing Jane Austen's house in Chawton. Visiting the house was a bonus for me. Janet was incredible! She really wanted to show us the true side of English countryside living so she took me to the little towns that were a little less touristy which I loved! We had the best time! We thoroughly enjoyed the Churchill war rooms. Our guide their was excellent! The Marie Antoinette exhibit was the cherry on top! It was one of the main reasons I wanted to visit London. It was an opulent breathtaking exhibit. Felicity was wonderful in sharing the history of Marie Antoinette with us. I will absolutely recommend Noteworthy to my friends and family when traveling to the UK.

Noteworthy provided us with a welcome at Heathrow, which was most welcome after a long flight. Our driver through the week was Steven, who maintains a comfortable vehicle and got us around London and the countryside in good order. He knows a good deal about local areas and activities and is happy to share if you ask. Our guide for 2 very full and fun days was Anne Marie. She is a native Londoner and knows the city very very well. She was expert at reading our moods and energy levels and adapted activities and lunch plans to suit us, which we so appreciated. She is lovely to chat with and absolutely puts the clients’ needs first. Can’t say enough good things about her.
