We can't say enough about ViaVenture and it's amazing tour guides. ViaVenture ensured that every aspect of our trip was well thought out and stress free. Their tour guides were simply exceptional and their advice about hotels, restaurants and excursions was spot on. Simply outstanding.

We used Viaventure for several tours on our trip and we'd give a thumbs up to all of them. Each of the tour guides/drivers was friendly, helpful, flexible and knowledgable. I feel like we asked our guides a thousand questions each and they were always willing and able to answer them. If we wanted to make an unplanned stop, they were always accommodating. When lunch was provided on an all-day tour, it was quite a feast! Tablecloth, real plates, chicken, rice and beans, salad and dessert. Impressive! I'd say the only negative was that it was difficult to speak to someone by phone. I was in contact with a Viaventure rep by email who was very helpful but sometimes a phone call would have been better.
