Our family traveled to Italy for 1 month & several tours & car services were scheduled through IC Bellagio. We highly recommend their services. The drivers always showed up on time & were courteous with very comfortable accommodations. The tour guides were interesting, professional and spoke excellent English. We wanted to make one outstanding driver noticed - Gaspare in Positano and a tour guide Roberta in Positano. They were exceptional.

I recently returned from a trip to the Piedmonte/Lombardy regions of Italy. In Milan, I had a 2-hour walking tour through La Scala and the area to the east of Castello Sforesco. I would not have been able to discover churches like St. Maurizio (highly recommended) without this guide. Expensive, but worth it.

We highly recommend IC Bellagio! We had never traveled to Italy before but from the moment we landed our experience with IC Bellagio staff was exceptional. From the walking tour guide in Rome, to the Vatican Tour, to the Vespa tour…then on to a day trip in Bologna and the wonderful lunch at the Farmhouse and Ducatti tour…then continuing on to Milan with an absolutely FABULOUS shopping tour with CHRISTINA (who was MARVELOUS, engaging and knowlegeable)…and then on to the wine tasting and tour of Venice…IC Bellagio had 5-star employees, 5-star experiences, 5-star everything! We will most definitely be using them again and again!

we used this guide in San Remo, Italy for a trip to Dolceaquae. It was a lovely and interesting trip. Our guide was great and he knew numerous folks in the village. We happened to cross paths with a local olive oil producer and as a bonus visited his shop. It was a delightful medeval village and a lovely trip.

IC Bellagio could not have been a better fit for our family. With kids ages 10 and 7 we were very concerned about their needs and their interests. They came up with amazing adventures for us. The hotels and restaurants they picked for us were fabulous. They did their best two work within our budget. Liz, our in country "angel" answered the phone every time I called and patiently answered my questions. This could not have been a better experience for my family.

IC Bellagio brought Italy to life for us in a very special way! The guides and drivers were such marvelous representatives of their homeland and made us feel so welcomed! They knew exactly where to take us, decreasing wait times and avoiding crowds. We had done a considerable amount of reading prior to the trip and were very interested in learning about the culture, art, architecture, people, etc. The guides and drivers absolutely enhanced every experience beyond our expectations! Special kudos to Angela in Rome, Attilio in Tuscany, Tonya in Florence and Rita on Lake Como! They were really outstanding! We were most pleased with our hotel accommodations. Each hotel had a different and special feel and we loved them all! The staff at each hotel was most accommodating! We hope to return to Rome, Tuscany and Lake Como with an extended stay in Tuscany. We loved the trains and found the arrangements quite easy to follow! Many thanks to all for attention to all the details!

This was our first trip to Italy, and we could not have been happier with our tours and guides arranged by Bellagio. Each guide was clearly selected with care, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the specific sites we were touring, as well as the history of the area. Our guide for Cinque Terre had made the trip over 300 times in the last 4 years! Also, all the guides were timely, friendly and were fluent in English. I would not have changed a thing in our itinerary - Bellagio made this an unforgettable trip!

IC Bellagio is a first rate service company. We had "guest ambassadors" assigned to us while we were in Italy for a little more than two weeks. We didn't need to call them, because everything came off as promised. They called us several times to make sure we were happy and satisfied with their service. We asked one of their operatives to change the departure time for a transfer and they handled the request easily. When you land after a 13 hour flight, it is great to see your name on a sign held up by your driver. They NEVER missed a beat. I highly recommend this company. They care!

Our tour guide for both the Vatican tour and the Coliseum/Forum tour was knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. Our tours were top notch. We got so much more out of having the tour guide than we ever could have gotten out of seeing these sights on our own. Well worth it.

Wouldn't want to see Rome any other way. Semi-private tours of the Vatican and ancient Rome were fantastic! We learned so much about the history of Rome in a way that also kept our 2 teenagers interested...not an easy feat!! Skip the line benefit was also a major plus.

Jesse Taylor and IC Bellagio put together what we termed our Shakespearian Food tour. We visited almost all the towns in Veneto that Shakespeare wrote of in his plays and then dropped down into the Emilia Romagna to savor the tastes of the Italian food belt. For 14 days we relied on IC Bellagio to deliver us the best of Italy. They exceeded our expectations. Each hotel was of a different style and all were right in the center of the towns that we chose to stay in - very convenient for exploring on our own and finding the non-tourist spots to eat. Our tour guides and drivers were prompt and exceptional. Each guide had a different approach so we didn't get the history of Italy repeated to us a dozen times. We visited several wineries that were arranged, again each was different in its approach and its facility, so all were enjoyable and it wasn't a repetitive experience. Our tour learning how Mozzarella, Parma Ham & Balsamic vinegar were made was a hi-lite, since we also got to taste.

The IC Bellagio staff was wonderful to work with. We had a minor glitch upon arriving in Florence, but they responded quickly and insured our restaurant reservation would still be held. Other than that, everything went tremendously during our week in Florence & Rome. The guides were outstanding. Their English was very good, but being locals, it was nice to have the Italian accent and knowledge. Skipping all of the lines and avoiding the 20-30 person audio tours in the museums was great. Our guides were extremely knowledgeable of the city, art, and artifacts we saw. They gave us great recommendations for things to explore in our free time, as well as places to try to lunch and dinner. Very impressed and highly recommended.

Great but we had a problem one day

IC Bellagio was very responsive to a couple requests we made of them for restaurant reservations, etc, and we had to change the day of a bike tour due to rain, which they easily accomodated. However, we were due to go on an all day tour from Rome to Orvietto with a stop on the way, and we asked that the beginning time be moved from 8 am to 9 am, because the stop on the way could only accomodate us at 10:30, not at 9:30. So they said fine, but they didn't move the tour we had scheduled in Orvietto forward, even though they said they would, so by the time we got to Orvietto at 12:45 instead of 11:45, the tour guide told us he had to leave at 1:15 anyway, and we only had a quick 1/2 hr tour of the duomo, rather than an additional tour of 1 hour of the town. This was a big dissapointment. Then our driver (who was terrific) was given bad info about lunch and the winery tasting and that got all mixed up, too, but finally started about 2:30, in a different location! So it was confusing.

The onsite team for IC Bellagio were amazing. The in country contacts were very helpful when we needed them. We did not think we would ever require their help but when we were confronted with a medical emergency, they were there for us. Guido was so incredibly helpful and generous with his time to help us at the hospital. Amazing! I can't say enough good things about the tour guides. They didn't just take us on a tour, they shared a world of art, history and culture that brought that city to life for us. These people have a passion for what they do and it shows.

Our experience was outstanding and we would definitely use again. From our arrival into Rome Airport and pick up from Salvadore, to his returning us to the airport for departure a week later, we could not have felt more important or safe. Salvadore was Excellent in making us feel welcome to his country, entertained and educated with his passion for Rome and safe in a city where we had never visited before. And then on arrival to Florence, Tetillio was our driver to Tuscany and 2 wineries - his personalized service was so wonderful and we felt like family.
Both Titilio and Salvadore (drivers in Rome and Florence) provided us with additional information on local flavors and shopping etc.,
Tour guides in Florence and Rome, both very educated and passionate.

Our tour started late due to flight delays in Munich and IC Bellagio were so accommodating. We called from the plane on the tarmac and explained that we were delayed and they made arrangements for a later tour time. The guide was very chic and knowledgable and quickly saw that he would need to accommodate our elderly parents. He did a great job of tailoring the tour to us. We would highly recommend this company.

ICBellagio provided great service to our family on our recent tour of Italy. The entire trip went off without a hitch, all drivers were on time and guides were amazing! Every single person we encountered from ICBellagio was professional, friendly, great with our kids, helpful and knowledgable. I was consistently amazed by how good they all were. Our first encounters were with Giuseppina and Salvatore in Rome, and they were so fun and interesting, but we soon came to realize that all the travel professionals used by ICBellagio were just as great. I will definitely recommend ICBellagio to friends considering travel to Italy.

They were fabulous to work with in Tuscany and Florence! We couldn’t have had nicer tour guides. Especially love the lady in Florence and Fabio, our guide in Cortona. The person in Rome, however, was not very personable and didn’t plan our days well - seeing the Vatican in two different days was not ideal. We would like a Rome re-do, sadly!
We also LOVED the chef Stephania in Florence! A great day for our family! *We are still waiting to receive the recipes she said IC Bellagio would email us after our trip. *. Can’t wait to make our own Italian feast at home! Florence and Cortona couldn’t have been better, and The Hassler in Rome was a lovely home base.

Our guide for the first day of wine tastings in Montalcino, Rafaele, exceeded our expectations. He was able to read us and quickly made changes on our itinerary to make sure we got what we wanted. We had two separate experiences with IC Bellagio. The first was an afternoon trip from Florence to Pisa. Our driver was at our meeting location waiting for us, and the minute we got in the car I knew we were in great hands. Our driver spoke English very well and drove us to Pisa and gave us a tour along the way! He told us about Italy and answered so many questions we had! When we got to Pisa our driver gave us our prepaid Leaning Tower tickets and walked us to the square where the Tower is. He showed us where to leave our bags, where the bathrooms were, and where to go for our tour. He was wonderful (I just can't remember his name :(
Our second trip with IC Bellagio was a day trip from Venice to 3 car factories. Our driver didn't speak much English, which at times was a bit frustrating, but he got us from point A to B easy and timely. IC Bellagio arranged tours of the Pagani Factory and of the Ferrari and Lamborghini museums and we had a blast!

Our experience with IC Bellagio - Italy was fine, I suppose, but candidly, I don't recall a feeling of "connectedness." The house was fine, beautifully appointed and clean.
Our biggest complaint was a consistent lack of internet service, which made it very difficult for our son to work on an important deal. The other bothersome thing was that wet laundry was left in the laundry room - in the washer or on top of table - every night.
The staff was good, except someone had to stay at the house while it was being cleaned each day - after on the first day of cleaning, our request not to go into certain rooms and having closed the doors to such rooms, was ignored. Otherwise, all good.

My experience with IC Bellagio in Florence was excellent. We had a wonderful guide who did an excellent job of taking us on a whirlwind tour of the "must-see" sights of this beautiful city. We were limited to a single afternoon and she managed to take us to the Uffizi and Accademia as well as a walk through the Duomo and a stop for expresso.

I wish that I knew the names, I'm so bad, but the driver and the female was absolutely wonderful with our precious time. The two of them took us everywhere and more, they went above and beyond what we actually paid for, she took us to a few hidden gems that were not on the agenda -which turned out to be our favorite spot in all of Rome! Extremely knowledgeable, and with every question, she had a legit answer! Love Love Love this tour - could not recommend enough!

LOVE,LOVE,LOVE K&W team. Myself w/ 7 high school lifelong friends scheduled a dream trip to Italy to commemorate our "60th Birthdays". When another travel agent abandoned us, we were referred to K&W. IC Bellagio demonstrated the highest travel standards and we did not have one worry or stress on our trip to Italy. Our tour guides Grezi in Rome, Rocco in Capri boat tour and Carmen in Pompeii were exceptional with so much wisdom and knowledge of our sites. Our drivers made us feel like family and we especially enjoyed Johnny B Good in Positano. The boat trip to Capri was the highlight of the trip and our private boat tour was so unbelievable that describing it in words is impossible. We were pampered at our hotels and had special surprises with upgrades and a bottle of Prosecco delivered to Hotel Poseidon. My only recommendation may be to have the guardian angel reach out to you at the beginning of the trip for introductions and recommendations. My husband and I had an amazing trip and will recommend IC Bellagio to other friends.

Excellent. Monica was our tour guide. She was excellent! Warm, friendly and a real pro! Her knowledge and ability to communicate was superb. She made our two days in Rome come alive with all the background and little known details that we would have missed completely without her. She even gave us handwritten notes on every place we visited to help coordinate our photos when we got home. The company made a scheduling error for our evening tour reservation (had it on the wrong day) and Monica had it resolved within minutes. The transport vehicles were beautiful late model black Mercedes RV/Vans. Very roomy and comfortable. Highly recommend IC Bellagio.

Guides were very good.
Getting the itinerary organized was awkward and too time consuming. GENERIC location information should have, could have been received after final payment was made to facilitate planning details instead of 3 weeks prior to departure.
Taxis were not available after tours, luckily we asked our guides to call for taxis for us.

Truffle hunt experience

We had the experience of a lifetime truffle hunting, doing a cooking class, and enjoying a 5 course meal at Ristorante Piermarini. It was worth every penny. The food was other worldly. The ricotta cheese had been made fresh that morning. The restaurant owner brought out their bee hive to show us the honey they make themselves. Our guide, Edmundo, was the nicest and most helpful person we met in all of Italy. He had recommendations for local things to do and we loved everything he suggested. He went so far above and beyond just being a guide for a truffle hunt. I can't recommend this experience enough. We went to Cinque Terre, Florence, Rome, Naples, and Capri and this experience was our FAVORITE of the entire trip.

Ferrari Experience and Bologna

Our driver was helpful and efficient but the day felt rushed - we would have enjoyed more time in Bologna than just 2 hrs. The VIP tour at Ferrari museum was enjoyable and we learned a lot from the guide.
With the Ferrari driving experience - we had both scenarios. One of us drove the Ferrari through town in one experience and the expert drove in the second experience because I accidentally brought an expired drivers license. My friend who drove the car herself found it very stressful as she was driving thru a lot of traffic in town and wasn't given a lot of information about where she was going so she really only hit 80km/hr at most and didn't get a full taste of the car's power. Having the expert drive the car involved taking the car out of town before he could drive any passenger, but then he knows the roads and the car and that experience was quite exhilirating. The kids rode in the back both times and thought the experience with the professional much more fun and exciting.

One always thinks about touring the sites of Italy - but using this company is the only way to do it remarkably well. It was just perfect -having private car, with a driver aware of the roads, laws and travel patterns, a tour guide that tailors specifically to what you wish to see, learn, at your own pace, and translated in your language of choice is what makes this service beyond acceptable. It is an absolute must!

Excellent service and attention to detail! We just got back from an incredible trip to Italy and truly appreciated having someone in country to check on the details. Everything went really smoothly and we appreciated them checking in with us a couple of times to make sure all was going well. IC Bellagio was instrumental in making our first trip to Venice and a short one at that -36 hours - magical. They arranged a private water taxi to and from our hotel, a gondola ride, restaurant reservations, and a private tour of a Murano glass factory. While expensive, we felt we got excellent value for our dollars. The guides were professional, knowledgable and fun - Venetians who love their city and want guests to see the best of it. When our arrival in Venice was delayed, our IC Bellagio contact, who was readily available, worked with our trip advisor to reschedule transportation and reservations, so we were able to keep our itinerary intact.

In Venice we had Maria. We immediately sensed how much Maria loves Venice. The 2 days with her flew by. She went into wonderful detail and stories of beautiful Venice. Maria gets an A+
In Rome we had Serena. Wow!! Her knowledge of Rome and all her ruins is amazing. She would show us pictures of what the ruins would have looked like centuries before. This gave us a totally different perspective. Her tour of the Vatican and the Sistine chapel was amazing. She would show us pictures of the paintings so we knew what to look for. Serena gets an A+

Excellent company. Would highly recommend. Very attentive to detail and to making sure we had a great vacation. Tour guides were knowledgeable and good with the kids. Tour guide in Naples was a bit pushy and not good at reading the audience but that could have been a cultural issue and overall we still enjoyed the tour that day. Would definitely book tours with them again.

First we had drivers ON TIME or early at every stage of this trip. There were no glitches as far as IC Bellagio was invovled.
The guides were great, and all spoke English. All the guides gave us suggestions, and even one helped us replace our medicines that we had left in a bathroom drawer.
It was a wonderful honeymoon.

My trip to Italy with my son was expertly planned and set up. Everything went off without a hitch. When people were supposed to meet us they were there and on time. When cars were used I was notified they were on the way and again they were on time. When we arrived in Italy I received a text from my local contact with ways to reach her, so to put me at ease just in case of any concerns. All of the guides we had were amazing and had such interesting facts to tell us.

IC Bellagio was truly remarkable. From the drivers to the hotels to the tour guides, everyone was the best of the best. Our tour guides for Rome & Pompeii were AMAZING. Laura was with us for two days in Rome as we toured the Vatican, Roman Forum, Coliseum, and the city. Her knowledge was incredible and how she explained it all helped us appreciate Rome and its history in just two days. She had a masters in art history and could speak for days about Michael Angelo, which was fascinating. Our tour guide, Carmine, in Pompeii, also had a masters in archeology and made Pompeii come alive. It was evident he was passionate about the city and the discoveries. Our Ambassador, Luna, was always accessible during our trip for any issues or questions, which gives you so much comfort when you are traveling overseas. IC Bellagio was absolutely stellar and 5-star!

The planned itinerary was just perfect for my wife and I, with a really good mix of scheduled activity and free time. Hotels were wonderful and very well-located. Guides were very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly and always willing to show us the the little “secret” points of interest. All drivers were punctual, polite and their vehicles were first class luxury vehicles. We never had to wait for a guide or driver who was not on time.
I will be more than comfortable recommending IC Bellagio to friends in the future.

Wow! Every guide we had were subject matter experts and lovely people. Our guide, Serena for the Colosseum on our first morning set the bar for the entire trip. We loved her. She was personable, extremely knowledgeable and brought us to the front of the line. That was the best! Serena also took us to the Vatican the next day and weaved the two tour together. We learned so much!
IC Belaggio did not disappoint throughout Tuscany. Every tour was private, we felt incredibly special and it created such wonderful memories for us. I can't say enough about their professionalism and service.
We also LOVED Stephania in Florence. So incredibly fabulous learning from her in her own home. Such a special cooking class. I will NEVER buy pasta at the store ever again!
Also a special thank you to Luna who helped us with an issue that wasn't even coordinated through IC Bellagio. Thank you! Just wonderful and seamless service throughout Italy!

IC Bellagio found the best people to make our recent visit to Italy perfect. Pepe picked us up at the Napoli airport and impressed us with his knowing where he was going in a very crowded city with pedestrians and scooters everywhere. The next day Enzo delivered us to Pompeii and made sure we met up with our private tour guide, Carmine. Carmine was outstanding; I enjoyed the ruins much more than I expected with his commentary. Enzo then continued driving us to Monastero Santa Rosa on the Amalfi Coast where we stayed the rest of our time in Italy. Enzo was full of information as we drive up the mountain then halfway down the other side to the hotel. A few days later Enzo again was our driver for a trip to nearby Ravello. Since he was from there he made an extra effort to tell us about it by first taking us to Scala across the valley so we could have a view of the entire city. On our last day Michele drove us back to the airport and had more information about the area.

IC Bellagio had everything arranged for us and the trip went so smoothly. The guides and drivers were professionals and also friendly and warm. Our tours were customized specifically to our interests and we learned so much more than if we'd taken a group tour or — heaven forbid — toured by ourselves.
The tour lengths were perfect. The content was perfect. We were both exhausted and enthralled after each one! It was the perfect experience.
The lodgings were spectacular. We were impressed with each and every one. Not only were the structures breathtaking, but the staff at each hotel were top-notch. The lodging choices added so much to our experience.

Every step of the way, IC provided us with delight, professionalism and sophistication. With multiple guides, complex car, dinner reservations and the like we always felt treated in an exclusive and luxurious fashion. In particular our multi-day guide in Naples brought out a beauty we would have other wise missed were it not for his love of the city. In Palermo our guide and driver also expressed their love and added the kind of professional touches that made us feel special in a specie place. In Florence our guide provided personal emotional connections to a city we thought we knew well from prior trips, and even a simple transfer became a lovely stopover as our driver opened up Siena for us. There are many other stories we could tell, about our boat tour in Como, the constant availability of support, changes in three star diner reservations, help with COVID tests and the like, but let’s leave it with the general idea that IC is the best in luxury support.

Everything went as planned with great drivers, guides and sightseeing, except I would not recommend rental car return at Porto Romano in Florence. Impossible to find parking and to figure out where rental car person was to meet us. Would suggest drop off at airport or, even, better, at Florence hotel.

All aspects of our trip were impeccably planned and executed. The drivers without exception arrived early with clean, well appointed vehicles. Some were more more knowledgeable, informative and educational than others. They added value to the time spent on the road. One driver did not confirm we were the party he was supposed to pick up so after 45 minutes on the road we learned we were in the wrong vehicle with the wrong guide and we had to return to the hotel. The tour guides were first class - experienced, knowledgeable, helpful and interesting!! The only negative was a surprise additional cost one day when a driver suggested an alternate stop and we later learned that we had incurred extra costs for the stop. It was not the first time on our trip that an additional stop was incorporated as the day unfolded so we were surprised by that.

IC Bellagio partnered with our favorite travel advisor Staci Kimball to help execute our 2 week trip to Italy. We are a family of 2 adults and a 10 yo.
We were attended to like royalty during our entire holiday. Our guides were amazing. They were engaging to child and adults alike. Knowledgeable and able to direct the tour based on our specific interests. Special shout out to: Pietra, Rafaele, Paola, Giovanni, Mateo, Monica. We never had to worry about a thing so we were able to just ENJOY our holiday!
Adventures were had: Rome via Vespa, Bicycling through Chianti, Venice by Gondola, Pizza & Gelato cooking class in Florence, Pisa, Pasta cooking class in Rome, Glass Blowing in Venice, Food Tour in Bologna, Pub crawl in Venice, Gladiator training & Coliseum tour...

Our overall experience was excellent. The properties where we stayed were top notch and we appreciated free upgrades at two of the four properties. Our rental car pick up and drop off were smooth. We had excellent communication with our on the ground resource Marianna. Most of our activities and tour guides were unbeatable (tour guide in Milan, biking in the Dolomites, wine tasting in Verona, Boating outing in Lake District). There were a few that were disappointing (biking in Lake District , cancelled food tour, change in cooking class) but in no way did it overshadow our wonderful travels .

IC Bellagio provided a very pleasant travel experience. They gave us access to an app that allowed us to see all of our travel and experience details in one place as well as a tipping guide and other helpful tourist information for visiting Italy.
They set us up with a local travel agent, Samantha, who was very responsive. She answered questions and checked on us throughout our stay in Sorrento.
The drivers were very friendly and prompt, and they spoke perfect english.
Overall, I would say thy are a great company and I had an absolute blast on my trip!

IC Bellagio - Italy was such a great company to work with. They gave such invaluable input into what cities we should visit on our honeymoon (we had a list of way to many cities and they helped us whittle it down). They also knew what areas we should stay in and booked us at wonderful hotels that fit into our budget. Our contact on the ground in Italy was so professional and personable - whenever we had a question, we could reach out to her and she was quick to reply and ever so helpful. Would love to work with this company again. We could really trust them and felt like we were well being taken care of. Highly recommend them!

Guides they gave us in Florence were very good and knowledgeable, but the screwed up the schedule, so we were not able to the the most significant cathedral in Italy. The Duomo is closed on Sunday… they know that, so why didn’t they schedule that for us for Saturday?? No we went to the museums etc on Saturday, and never got to see the Duomo on the inside. Wry sad and misleading. We did not know you could not go in on Sunday until Saturday's guide told us she could not take us that day. And no option for Sunday. BAD

Flawless. All of the accomodation were excellent, the transfers and guide services were great. Particularly noteworthy was Monica in Rome, Agnese in Florence, Rafaele on our travel through Tuscany, Andrea in Cinque Terre. All of them very friendly, spoke excellent English and clearly had a vast knowledge of their homeland, it's history and the fabulous art, architecture and wine they introduced us to.

The tours and transportation was executed well. The only glitch was daily transportation to out boat.
Our villa was located in a town that had no taxi or urber. Not ideal for a group that included 2 seniors and 2 toddlers. This issue could have totally spoiled our trip. The walk was to long in the August heat. My son in laws rented scooters and provided transportation. In addition no restaurants would take reservations and or would do take away. Thankfully we had a chef daily for breakfast and dinner and were able to increase our dinners to cover the total family. I would say a tour company could have offered us transportation!!! Or at least advised us to have a rental car. If we had not solved this on our own we could not have attended a single tour.
I would advise others that this company is lacking in clear directions.

IC Bellagio was amazing to work with in Italy! Every single guide was personable, charming, and full of useful information! IC Bellagio created a wonderful itinerary for us and made sure that every detail was looked after. Our trip to the wineries in the Tuscan countryside was especially memorable. Our guide and driver Raffaele made great recommendations for lunch and when I had some special requests for making gift purchases, he made sure that I got what I wanted. He gave us so many helpful advice I felt we need to come back to Florence fulfil them all.

Wow what an incredible trip! We had the most amazing time! Thank you for helping us plan such a wonderful family vacation to Italy.
It was so well planned and captured the best in each city in Italy.
Samantha was always available and got back to me timely and helped us out at Hotel Lungarno. She was awesome!
Every transfer and every tour guide was on time and so professional and each tour guide was better than the one before.
The itinerary was a great mix of learning and fun and my kids were totally engaged. They especially loved the experiences: Vespa tour, pizza making and fresco painting.
All 3 hotels had amazing customer service (Lungarno improved after a call from
Samantha) and every breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious! Airport assistance was VIP and my family loved it! We never waited in line anywhere with the tour guides (my kids especially loved that as did TJ and I)
I can go on and on!

Special thanks to Arttilo in Florence and Marie Theresa in Rome. We felt we made new friends. The entire team was focused on providing the best service, and they did! IC Bellagio was wonderful.
They were in contact with us from the moment we landed until we left.
We did not have any complications, however it was comforting knowing they were there.
