We found the team of Judi Glass/McCabe World Travel (in the U.S.) and Empire Peru to be first class. They were knowledgeable, organized, responsive and provided excellent communication throughout the process. We worked together on options that fit our varied interests and budget. Weeks prior to our departure, they sent a detailed itinerary complete with descriptions of our excursions as well as recommendations for restaurant, shopping and points of interest in every city we were visiting. The daily guides were exceptional and provided great insight and information to each of our adventures AND...they were quick to satisfy our every need. Our accommodations were unique and we felt we received a lot of value for our investment. If you are planning a trip to Peru, we would highly recommend Judi Glass at McCabe World Travel/Empire Peru. From the time our driver in Lima met us at the airport to the time we left, Peru Empire was there to make our trip enjoyable. The guides were knowledgeable and the itinerary they planned was perfect.

Peru empire was great. We planned a trip to Peru very last minute. They put together a great itinerary from hotels, excursions, drivers, guides and dinner suggestions.
The trip was so well organized and a very high level of service.
All the guides were fluent in English, knowledgeable about the areas, and fun to be with. We had a great trip- thank you!!

Machu Picchu

We loved our guide Gonzalo! We had private tours and he definitely took us on the path less traveled. The lodging at the Belmond properties was exceptional. Of Course the highlight was Machu Picchu and hiking the Sacred Valley. I would recommend checking itinerary closely before leaving the US because we wanted a change and there was no refund.

Our trip to Peru was even better than expected, thanks to Peru Empire, Co. They provided names, numbers, email addresses, instructions, etc., for our use if problems developed. But no concerns arose! The hosts, guides, drivers, operations personnel were punctual, friendly, warm, and informative! The hotels and staffs were superb! Thanks go to Alexandra Monge and her associates for putting together our Peru 2018 experience! No complaints!

Laurence was great! She even tried to catch us in a few of our stops to make sure everything was alright, although we were always out and about. We had 1 small hiccup which was no ones fault and ended up working out since some other things got moved around and it was very easy to contact Laurence and get it all worked out. If we go back to Peru I am sure PEC would be apart of the trip again!

I can’t say enough about our wonderful experience with Peru Empire. From meeting us at the airport in Cusco with hot mugs of coca tea, to the super safe drivers and knowledgeable guides with excellent English skills. We felt thoroughly taken care of the whole time. I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

We were not sure about how much we would enjoy a trip with a dedicated guide each day, but the guides were magnificent. It allowed us to connect with the people and culture of Peru and made the entire trip so meaningful. The itineraries that were prepared by Peru Empire were amazing and the service was fit for royalty!
We still exchange messages with Atilio who lead our adventures for several days and we are already talking about a return trip. We owe a huge thank you to Peru Empire!!!!!

All of the individuals we worked with from Peru Empire were amazing! Our Host in Lima, our personal bike guide in Lima, our personal tour guide in Cusco, and our drivers in Cusco were highlights of our trip. Everyone took such great care of us and made us feel welcome in their country. We also adored all of our accommodations!

All of our guides were very knowledgeable, personable and professional. I liked that they all communicated with each other from the different locations. The quality of our excursions were excellent! There were so many little touches that made us feel very special and we learned so much about Peru that we didn’t expect. When we made a change on our itinerary Peru Empire was quick to take care of everything and the 24/7 communication was invaluable. Our trip was truly a memorable and life changing experience!

Peru Empire is amazing to work with, and we are so glad our travel agent used them for the entirety of our trip. Everyone we met was kind, timely, and very knowledgeable. They made each transition to the next part of the trip so smooth. The company has amazing communication with one another, so each guide and driver knew where you were supposed to be and what was on the itinerary for the next part of the trip. They did all of the thinking so you didn’t have to, which is such a relief in a country where you don’t speak the language. Each guide was very enthusiastic, which made you appreciate the history and culture so much more. Peru Empire made sure we were taken care of, no matter how big or small the ask was. An amazing company!

Peru Empire was one of the best tour operators we have experienced in many years of travel. The drivers and guides were all very helpful and accommodating. We felt as though they honestly cared about us and our comfort. We were escorted into airports and train stations when necessary.
The guides were knowledgeable and made sure we had plenty of water and snacks available. We really enjoyed spending time with them. They happily answered all of our many questions! I definitely recommend Peru Empire.

Andean truly went all out when crafting the experience for us. From the moment we touched down in Lima to the day we left, we truly felt as if we were traveling with friends every step of the way. All of our guides greeted us with warm smiles, enthusiasm about what the events of the day held, and a deep knowledge base which educated us every step of the way. Every experience was seamless with crystal clear communication and absolutely zero worries about anything going awry. It made for a wonderful experience having the same guide for two or three days in a row as we felt that we were able to get to know one another well, which allowed for us to feel as if every day was spent traveling with a friend. We appreciated the "private" tour experience the most as we never felt pressure for time or sticking to the schedule, it all happened naturally.
