Moloney & Kelly DMC - Ireland

Over the past number of years, Moloney & Kelly has focused much of its effort on creating and offering a strong sustainable and environmentally friendly approach in both the operation of our offices and also in the products, experiences and services we offer. As part of this commitment "Green Teams" consisting of managers and staff from all departments within the Company were formed in the Ireland and UK offices.

We have adopted and fully embraced the UNWTO's definition of Sustainable Tourism "Tourism that takes full account of its current and future environmental, social and economic impacts, addressing the needs of the environment, host communities, visitors and the industry."

In 2020, Moloney & Kelly Ireland was awarded the Certified Bronze award in Tourism by Sustainable Travel Ireland and in the UK we were also awarded Bronze status from the Green Tourism organisation. Our plans to progress from Bronze to Silver and then Gold has been disrupted by the COVID pandemic, but will be pursued once normality returns.

A key focus of Moloney & Kelly is to promote products and experiences that actively encourage our clients to program experiences that support local businesses and communities and ensuring that their spend has a significant economic impact on the local economy and the individuals and companies living there. We also focus on hotels and restaurants that have adopted eco friendly policies.
