They worked hard to give us an itinerary that would withing our time frame and had no problem when we wanted to change certain things. When we had to cancel the trip due to my husbands sudden hospitalization, they were very efficient in returning the 50% of our trip cost in a very timely manner.

Trails of Indochina offered many wonderful tour options, each was spectacular. We enjoyed the trip very much. We learned that we need not pack the agenda so full and enjoy more down time, but that was on us.
