What a wonderful hotel and staff exceptional!

I setup a pick up at the airport and from that moment on - the service and staff were exceptional! I highly recommend working with the concierge before you arrive ... I was picked up at the airport and then on arrival at the hotel I was met at the car and taken directly to my room where I had been upgraded per Virtuoso Amenities and did the check in process right there! I would higly recommend this hotel!

Loved the Mandarin

This was my first stay at the Mandarin Las Vegas, but I hope not my last! I was there with my sister to celebrate a milestone birthday, and we loved returning to the peace and quiet of the Mandarin after spending time on the Strip. Service was great, and we enjoyed the Virtuoso amenities (though an upgrade was not available due to it being a busy weekend). Also enjoyed afternoon tea by the lobby and breakfast at MoZen. The spa is not to be missed -- its facilities and staff were wonderful. Overall I think the Mandarin is a great choice for a Vegas stay, and the location is ideal.

Mandarin Oriental stands out in Las Vegas because of its central location and lack of a casino. Every member of the staff I interacted with was professional and provided great service.

Decent option for a quiet stay in Vegas

Good if you're looking for a non-gaming property - isolated from the strip and significantly quieter/less crowded than other hotels. Elevator system is poorly designed: need to switch elevators to get to guestrooms. Tacky gold Moet vending machine in lobby. Standard room wasn't bad - elegant decor and not too cramped. Bathroom is spacious but poor privacy - there's a large pane of glass that cannot be blocked or shielded in any way. Rooms are showing some wear and tear. Housekeeping was subpar, with infrequent replacement of toiletries (Atelier Cologne, smaller than normal). Duvets not pulled back at turndown, nor were slippers and mats placed bedside. Only pitifully tiny bottles of water provided (296 mL). Adequate service - polite but not as warm/genuine as other hotels and very impersonal as the hotel is large. Not quite at true luxury levels (feels more Marriott than Mandarin Oriental) but thankfully neither are the prices (I paid ~$350/night - very good value).

It's a great location and very attentive staff. It allowed us to recharge after busy days seeing everything that Las Vegas had to offer. Very comfortable and roomy.
