The Apurva Kempinski Bali

The Apurva Kempinski Bali

Designed as an open-air theatre, Apurva Kempinski Bali cascades down a terraced cliffside to its private, golden-sand beach. The 465 serene, generously sized accommodations feature Indian Ocean or lush garden views; many boast plunge pools, and others have direct lagoon pool access. Indulge in an indigenous spa treatment or explore the Nusa Dua area in a house electric vehicle. Apurva Kempinski celebrates the culinary arts with a team of Michelin-starred chefs at a diverse array of venues, including Bali’s first aquarium restaurant.

Hotel Tip

Plan your destination wedding ceremony in the resort’s oceanfront chapel or glass cliffside venue, which holds 20 guests each. For larger celebrations, the Apurva Chapel accommodates up to 100 people.

    Sustainability

    Our Commitment

In a Mission to Achieve Zero Waste by: Replacing single-use plastic with biodegradable products In addition to replacing the commonly used items such as straws to biodegradable products, we are partnering with Tanamera to provide compost certified coffee capsules throughout the resort.

Sourcing locally - Rooftop Hydroponic Garden Using the rooftop space to grow various types of greens, this Rooftop Garden is set to establish a more sustainable kitchen in the resort. Plants are grown in a hydroponic and soil cultivation system. These plants are then harvested, and used as cooking ingredients.

Sustainable Agriculture Throughout the regular 12-month programme, The Apurva Kempinski’s hydroponic farming and organic experts will support Samsara Living Museum’s agriculture team in addressing challenges by sharing the skills and know-how to farm more sustainably, which knowledge the institution will pass on to the broader community.

Mangrove Planting - Mangrove Planting Programme offers several key benefits, including coastal protection, biodiversity enhancement, carbon sequestration, and improved water quality. To underscore its commitment to climate neutrality, The Apurva Kempinski Bali has partnered with Eco-Tourism Bali to launch this program, starting with planting 1,000 seeds.
