The rooms are too small, the bathroom is nice but the shower controls are not user friendly . The staff did a great job, but the size of the room, closet etc. was not suitable for us.

Excellent hotel. Being a Virtuoso guest resulted in upgraded corner room with fabulous views. Staff exhibited true Southern hospitality.

The hotel and staff were very nice and efficient. We had a pet and all staff made it easy to bring a pet. We were, however, disappointed in the restaurant , both dinner and breakfast ( breakfast was room service, eggs cold, no toast as ordered. Coffee good

Our visit was not good. Starting with them messing up the reservation for 4 rooms.
They only had a reservation for 2 rooms. The hotel called later blaming me and my guests for the error.
The rooms are very small. The bathrooms are very nice. The whole hotel feels a little dark with the grey and black decor and I found it a little sad. The rooms are not accessible to anyone in a wheelchair because they are so small and crowded.
Our view was two parking garages. The restaurant was closed for 3 out of the 4 days we were there so the complimentary breakfast was a bit of a joke. Room service ran over an hour for breakfast then we were told to go to the coffee bar in the lobby for food and they had no food. When the restaurant did open it was fine.
The people /service was very good, they just could not keep up with everything else going wrong. They did make adjustments to our bill when we checked out which was much appreciated.

Amazing! The hotel was conveniently located and the staff was very warm and inviting. We were upgraded to a suite, which was very modern yet cozy. The bar had a very nice happy hour and we had breakfast at the hotel every morning which was delicious. We had massages arranged by the concierge, who was also very helpful with recommendations and logistics. Would love to stay again!

To be clear nothing went horribly wrong with this stay, but nothing was really great either - other than my virtuoso perks which I always really enjoy. The staff were pretty amateur from check in, check out, the server, the hostess, the room service order, even the billing department after the fact. Also, while there was technically 24 hour room service, I believe the kitchen was closed. There were only a few cold items on the late night menu. No fun. The bar had great liquor choices but for bubby only a Prosecco and one champagne. With all the ratings it has I was surprised- especially for the price. Mid range hotel not high end; but with higher end price. I’ll try a different hotel next time.

Hutton hotel on the West End was a winner. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The complimentary shuttle within a 3 mile radius was a great feature. The room was clean and fresh towels everyday. The workout facility was adequate for a good workout with complimentary fruit and water bottles. The virtuoso feature provided 35.00 per person for breakfast. The onsite restaurant had a variety of choices for breakfast. It had a relaxing environment and the staff was friendly and efficient. The concierge was helpful in giving us great information on where to go and a map on how to get there. If you are renting a car self park. There is no need to drive around Nashville everything is close and the shuttle service is fantastic.
