Our Commitment
L'Abbaye des Vaux-de-Cernay is the second most listed property in France after Le Chateau de Versailles. Hence, we aim to preserve historical heritage by the rules of the French Historical Monument Association. We have restored the entire listed building, bringing back to life one of the most important French monuments.
Moreover, we are located in the heart of a protected natural Domaine : “la Forêt de Rambouillet”, historically renown as the hunting ground of the French Kings. We have a 75 acre property where protection of local wildlife and its natural environment is regulated by laws and by the regional and national organizations.
Last but not least, in all the property’s restaurants, we are sourcing local goods.
