From when we were met at the airport in Marrakech by our guide Jamal and driver Adil to when Adil escorted us to the departure gate at Casablanca our experience with Experience Morocco was exceptional.
We were very fortunate in that there was only two of us on the tour.
Jamal is a walking encyclopedia. There is nothing this man does not know about Morocco and if not sure about something, he gets the information for you. Jamal and Adil went above & beyond on our tour even showing us the square at night in Marrakech and doing a street food night in Fez, absolutely brilliant.
You could not have asked for a better safer driver than Adil.
We gave both Jamal and Adil 10 out of 10 for every part of our trip they were involved in.
The only downside to our trip was that our accommodation at Chefchaouen was a 20 minute drive from the city .
We met a few tourists using other tour companies and after talking to them about their experiences we are so glad we used Experience Morocco.

Experience Morocco made our trip to picturesque Morocco so memorable. From our first day, when we were greeted with a messenger bag with our names inscribed in Arabic, to wonderful sightseeing with knowledgeable guides (Ahmed) and incredible driver (Mounir), it was a dream come true. We hiked in the Atlas Mountains and were treated to tea in our guide's (Mohammed) home with his Berber family. Every experience was better than the one before! Accommodations were lovely, the attention to detail was unsurpassed. Thank you for an amazing trip.

Top notch experience with Experience Morocco. Our guide Mohamed and driver Abdul were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, professional and just a down right joy to be around. That is a really good thing since we were with them for 13 days. The trip itinerary and incredible experience we had would not have been possible without these travel experts. We truly and quickly became friends with them and were sad to have to say goodbye. My wife said today that Morocco is the most enchanting place she has ever been. Mohamed taught us so much about the culture, history, food and daily life of the people of each of the places we visited that our heads are still full. He was a pro at adjusting on the fly to any situation that came up that we never missed a beat. Upon arrival we were each gifted with a really nice leather satchel with our names written on them in Arabic with Dirhams to get us started until we could get to an ATM. I could go on and on. Too many wonderful things to say. 5 stars!

We so enjoyed our trip with Experience Morocco! The itinerary was great and we felt like we got to see so many different aspects of the country in our trip. Excellent! We were pleased with our accomodations, especially Palais Faraj in Fez. Although we liked La Maison Arabe, we did miss having easy access to a pool where we coudl lounge and sit in the shade. If there were more than one umbrella on the upper deck, it would have been much more comfortable and usable. We did not take time to visit the off site pool as our days were fairly scheduled with touring and couln't justify missing a tour to travel out and back to the pool.
Our driver, Madhi, and tour guide, Jamal, were exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting them and talking with them and hated to say goodby. We saw lots of other guides and drivers while visiting the main tourist attractions and felt like we got the best!

Our tour guide, Lansari, and our driver, Mourad, were two of the kindest, most knowledgable, and friendly people we've ever met and made our trip 10x more special than it already was. They quickly became family, and truly helped us feel comfortable and at home in Morocco. Lansari taught us so much about the culture and history of the country and we are SO grateful to have had him. We cant wait to come back to Morocco one day thanks to Experience Morocco!

My wife and I recently completed a trip to Morocco, with Hicham Zine (Experience Morocco). We have been blessed to take many amazing journeys, with many great tour guides along the way. So I am writing to let you know that Hicham took our travel experience to a new level. He not only took great care of us each step of the way, but offered us a view of Morocco impossible without his considerable experience and connections. We not only walked away from our time in Morocco seeing all the wonderful sights, but more importantly gained a deeper understanding of the people and culture. Going inside the homes of local villagers and Nomads, was one of those top-10 experiences. This was further complemented by Hicham’s deep understanding of life in Morocco, which he explained and then went on to patiently answer our non-stop questions.
I could go on, but I suspect you get the picture. Hicham is a real rock star and we were very pleased with Experience Morocco.

Great. They responded beautifully and quickly to the earthquake. And they found us the most wonderful guide, who greatly enhanced our trip.
The one thing I would say is that the agency tends to recommend a lot of activities and locations, and we prefer to travel more slowly and really take in fewer places. But they were extremely responsive to our requests and our final itinerary was perfect for us.

Excellent. Super happy with our guide (Rachid) and driver (Hafid). THEY made the trip so much more enjoyable. Always on time and very informative. We felt very safe the entire time (not that we were worried). Loved the sites and cities that we went to and experienced. The additional guides and operators were excellent too (food tour, Volubilas tour, winery, camel ride, cooking class, side car ride). Not a complaint about them whatsoever . . . soooo great. One minor item was some of the rooms were a little tired and needed a few renos. They would have been spectacular years ago. But, that is not a complaint . .merely a little feedback. Overall, we were delighted.

We spent eight days in Morocco with our tour guide Anour and driver Mustafa. Both were knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. They kindly provided water and snacks throughout the trip as well as gifts from the tour company with every city we visited. Even when one of us developed a respiratory infection, they were able to help us navigate a local pharmacy to obtain medicine which helped. We would highly recommend this tour operator!

Our experience with Experience Morocco was excellent. The office personnel arranged a beautiful and meaningful tour for us. They inquired of our interests and were very accommodating with our requests. We stayed in excellent hotels and riads with superb service. Our tour guide and driver went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with every aspect of our trip. They were very knowledgeable of all the areas we toured. Experience Morocco didn’t miss a beat on this five day tour. Wonderful driver, expert guides and considerate, beyond expected service. These folks are in the league of Abercrombie and Kent or other big names in the business. Even upon leaving from the airport in Casablanca, our guide took us all the way from the parking lot through all the formalities of check-in and finally to making sure we were comfortably settled in at the Royal Air Maroc business class lounge. I can’t imagine better service!

Wow! What an experience! We absolutely loved our tour guide Hassan. He is a very special man. Kind, funny and so incredibly knowledgeable about his country. We are so very grateful to have met him!
Our driver, Abdul!!! Such a nice man! We all had such a great time. Even the long car rides didn’t seem bad because there were many laughs along the way!
So fortunate to have these 2 as part of our crew. We felt safe and taken care of!
We hope we get to see Morocco again some day!

Experience Morocco provided a great experience for our first visit to Morocco. The itinerary was a perfect match for our interests. There were plenty of private guided tours, but also some time on our own to explore. All of the staff were very professional and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The pre departure zoom call was a great way to make sure we were satisfied with the itinerary they assembled. The tour guides were knowledgeable and professional. We were assigned the same driver throughout the trip, which we appreciated as we got to know him well and he was always a familiar presence. He not only drove us to all our destinations, he taught us a little Arabic, and he took us shopping for luggage when we purchased too many things to bring home in our bags. The personal touch was really appreciated. We hope to visit Morocco again and would definitely use Experience Morocco.

Our guide, Jamal, was sure on top of everything! Jamal was a perfect fit for our family. He shared information about the cities we traveled to and knew how to make it interesting for everyone. The activities we participiated in were fantastic. Everything from a cooking class to hot air balloon ride to camel riding in the desert to watching the stars listening to African music, the tour was set up seamlessly. Jamal was able to guide us through his country, and share his love for it with us. It was the best experience our family has had! Thank Jamal, we give you 5 stars! Our driver Mohamad, also deserves 5 stars! By the middle of the trip, they were apart of our family.

From the moment, our guide Lahssen picked us with our driver, Mohammed, we knew we were in good hands. One of our experiences we requested was a tour of the Jewish quarters. Little did we know the rich history of Moroccan Jews and the role of the King in saving over 250,000 Jews in WWII. Lahssen, made sure we saw the Jewish quarter in Marrakesh,.We had VIP tickets to Marjorelle gardens which were stunning. He took us to the Souk and helped us with bargaining). We learned so much from him about the rich culture of Morocco. Some highlights and there were many- a pottery class in pottery village with an artisan whose work is sold at the MET in NYC, a cooking class, riding atvs in the desert (our boys loved it, I have to say, after I got over my initial fear, it was quite fun), a private sunset camel ride culminating in a tented dinner. We also had an incredible hike in the Atlas Mountain. I highly recommend Experience Morocco. (We will use them again for our next trip to Morocco!)

Experience Moroccco is a wonderful company to work with! The level of detail and the attention to our safety and comfort could not be better. We want to give a particular shout out to our coordinator who was with us for the entire 10 day trip- Hafid. This man is a gem and needs to be recognized for his kindness, friendliness and knowledge. From the moment he started the trip with us until the end, he watched out for us and guided us through every detail of the trip. We became so fond of this kind man and he truly made our trip much more memorable than it would have been without him. The operation manager helped me and worked with the tour guide to facilitate my interest in visiting a Croissant Rouge Marocain. Since we were a small group, we were able to visit at our own pace.
The tour advisor and company was able to provide us with some special activities, such as a wonderful guide and talented photographer at Hassan II mosque, and a photographer in Marrakech.

Our "experience" with Experience Morocco was wonderful! I have used travel services in other locations and this one more than measures up. Our guide, Rachede, and our driver, Adil, were the perfect combination of individuals for a trip. Both gentlemen (and they were gentlemen) were informative, both about local customs that we witnessed on our drives, and about the history of the various cities we visited. The drive was smooth, the car was well-equipped (water and snacks) and they provided us with a cell phone with their numbers so that we could reach either of them throughout our visit. The best description I can provide is that the two of them cared for us throughout our journey.
The company provided an itinerary with thoughtful stops as we travelled from city to city, and our guide smoothed the entry into each of the stops. This is invaluable when you are stopping at a location that is simultaneously being visited by a tour bus full of people!

A complete package of experiences

This was my first time in Morocco. I hope it won't be my last. Experience Morocco was the ground company that supplied both the drive and guides and set up our various experiences and outings. Kudos to them for really maximizing our two week trip. We had some truly lovely moments that we could not have curated on our own:
- Breaking the Ramadan fast with an Eid dinner prepared by a lovely family in Fes. We dined in their home and had a far-ranging conversation with the parents and teenage kids. Amazing.
- A pottery lesson with an out-of-the-way potter studio. We made a very forgettable pot, but the conversations (mediated through the interpreter) were extraordinary.
- A lovely driver (Fareed) and guide (Faroud) who were endlessly flexible and accommodating.
- Excellent accommodations.
Of course there were a few pinch points. How could there not be? It was a huge trip. Here were the ones that stand out:
- The van just needs to have power ports everywhere.

We had a wonderful time on this trip. Our accommodations were excellent especially the Riads. Our guide and driver were very good. The sights and tour length were good. Things I would do to improve would be to have better tipping guidance and perhaps have our guide handle the tips and build the price into the trip. Also, while the camel ride was a great adventure, it was longer than stated and hard for the seniors in the group. The Fes tasting tour was led by a nice gentleman but after already walking 4 miles in the heat, a bit more walking was a stretch. I don’t think you could do much about the heat but it was hot. I will recommend this tour to others.

Our trip planned by Experience Morocco was simply amazing. They were very attentive to working around our scheduled dates. The trip they planned for us was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our driver, Mouhamed, and our guide, Kamal, both local Marrakech residents, made it a dream to travel for 10 days around the country. Kamal was so knowledgeable about the history of Morocco, and his English is impeccable. I could tell that the group, Experience Morocco, carried weight in the travel sector in Morocco, because as soon as Kamal mentioned its name, waters were parted and all needs were immediately seen to. They were always prompt and pivoted when we wanted to do something not on the schedule or to lengthen or shorten a planned stop. A wonderful experience!

Exp. Morocco was professional and thoughtful. Was surprised by the petty cash given to us on first day since not easy to exchange moroccan currency . The guide and driver was always on time and patient with us when we took extra time to look around the sights. We felt safe and taken care of during our long road trips. Both guide and driver were professional, often catering to our many demands and remained flexible enough so that we didn’t feel we were “trapped”

Our recent adventure through Morocco was unforgettable — and much of that is thanks to the outstanding team at Experience Morocco. From the moment we landed in Casablanca to our final day in Marrakesh, everything ran like clockwork. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth made the trip completely stress-free.
The itinerary covered a lot — Casablanca, Fez, the Sahara Desert, Ouarzazate, and Marrakesh — yet it never felt rushed. Every transfer, guide, and hotel check-in was perfectly timed. The team stayed in touch throughout the journey, making sure we were comfortable and happy at every stage.
Our driver, Moha, deserves special recognition. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient, turning long drives into mini adventures. He shared stories, arranged great stops along the way, and always made sure we had everything we needed.

Absolutely stunning country and fabulous hotels and staff. Our guide was extremely helpful and full of knowledge. He was easy to understand and made sure that both of us stayed safe. The excursions were fantastic. Loved the motorcycle sidecar ride and felt safe all the time. Loved the ATV ride and the Camel ride - both are a must do.

We were extremely happy with Experience Morocco’s attention to detail, communication before our trip, during and after. They truly care about your experience. They made requested changes to our itinerary with pleasure. Our tour guide and driver were experienced, very knowledge and it was a pleasure being with them for our two week tour. Our trip was wonderful. We did eliminate the more "touristy" activities recommended by the company and I think that gave us a richer cultural experience in Morocco. We did really enjoy the dinner in the Agafay dessert and the tasting tour through the souk.
Our guide Cha Cha and driver Khalid were both amazing - warm and friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Trip of a lifetime with Experience Morocco

There’s a big difference between visiting a country and being welcomed into a country, and Experience Morocco nailed the latter. We were truly welcomed to the country from our driver Mobarack, guide Mohamad, site experts and hotel staff. They helped us cram a lot of culture and fun into a short amount of time so that we could see as much of Morocco as possible.
Mohamad quickly learned more about us, and he paired our yearning to experience the culture and our sense of adventure to our activities. I never thought I’d be dancing with the locals in the Marrakech market, but there I was. Nothing felt rushed or timed; Mohamad and Mobarack genuinely had our vacation and interests as their top priority. We’re so thankful for this wonderful experience! It far exceeded our expectations!

The food and accommodations were exceptional. There were some experiences that I would have skipped because they were set up as sale opportunities. But having said that, I understand that many travelers expect that to be the case and we probably wound up being one of those travelers.
Our guide, Mustapha Bifoul, was a real treat. I highly recommend him. Our driver, Mohammad, was equally exceptional. Mustapha and Mohammad went beyond the scheduled events and were available to help us at all times. At the trip's end, we felt as if we were leaving old friends.
I would skip the balloon ride out of Marrakesh. I thought that the excursion was disorganized and too much of a cattle call for our tastes. The gondola was crowded - the three of us who went would have preferred a private trip and the price wouldn't have mattered.
We were warned that the car trip to and from the camel ride would be long but we did not appreciate how long. We would have not skipped it but would not do it again

So wonderful! Fatima and Adele feel like family after our 6 days together. We felt safe and relaxed during our trip and learned so much from our excursions and can’t wait to come back and tour more areas of Morocco! Best vacation we have had!

Our trip to Morocco went off perfectly. The hotels were unique and beautiful. Each had it's own personality with wonderful service and beautiful views. Our full-time driver was gracious, provided wonderful history of his country and wanted to ensure that he would handle everything we requested. Our tour guide and each excursion were each wonderful. The fan favorite was the side-car tour. It was unique and gave a wonderful overview of Marrakech. We would highly recommend it.

Our Commitment
Our sustainable tourism initiatives are multi-pronged:
- Environment: We offset our travelers' carbon footprints by partnering with an NGO that installs solar panels in rural villages that aren't connected to the grid - the villagers use diesel generators instead, and replacing those with solar panels makes their living conditions much cleaner and safer while reducing environmental harm from fossil fuels!
- Natural heritage: Working with our partners in the Sahara, we optimize our clients' trips to reduce the waste production to a strict minimum in order to preserve the immaculate beauty of the desert. We work with each camp where our guests stay the night to ensure that all of the non-recyclable waste that's generated is transported for proper disposal away from the camps.
- Cultural heritage: We are single-handedly responsible for the full revenue streams of several artisans and cooperatives that work to perpetuate the long-standing traditions of Moroccan crafts - this ranges from women's coops that produce Argan oil to traditional leather artisans and pottery-makers in Fes and Marrakech with whom we organize DIY workshops for our clients to try their hands at these amazing crafts!
