I would absolutely use them for all transfers and anything else that they can offer. Excellent service. Very prompt. Comfortable vehicles and a command of the English language.

Namu took care of our airport and between-stays transport as well as our rental car and even changing that rental. Their drivers were great, especially Luis Carlos who gave us his insights into the local cultures as well as the sights. Everything went smoothly; they were always on time. Vehicles were comfortable and clean, and the operators were great on the phone.

Everything happened as promised without a hitch! We felt well prepared and well organized the entire trip, and we absolutely loved the entire experience.

We had multiple issues with regard to communication related to logistics. I was most disappointed in this company's organizational awareness which led to consistently being late for planned event pick-ups. Ultimately, we missed one of the most important tours we booked due to their lack of organization and ineffective communication.

We seemed to have a great experience with Namu Travel. We did not really have any direct contact with them, but our entire trip was basically seamless. We only had one hiccup during our entire trip. There was a timing discrepancy between activities and we had two wait 2 hours, unplanned. The communication for the delay was poor. However, once we were picked up, the activity leader was super apologetic and could not have been nicer. He provided complimentary pictures of our river rafting adventure and then there was a bag of goodies in our hotel room when we returned - t-shirts and hats and an UNO game for the entire family. Issues happen, and they went above and beyond to apologize. You can't get too upset being on an unforgettable trip in Costa Rica.

Namu travel was selected as the agency to arrange the Colombia itinerary. They were great from start to finish. Reworking the package to accommodate travel dates and experiences. They were extremely attentive in country on WhatsApp, and also came back right away with answers that helped our experience. Definitely would consider them again when planning Central or South American travel destinations.

For the most part, everything that Namu helped plan went extremely well. The drivers were great and very attentive. On the day of one of our excursions, there was some miscommunication and we went to a completely different island than we were planning on seeing. All in all, it was a wonderful trip. Thank you.

It was our first visit to Costa Rica and first family trip outside the country, and Namu Travel helped us make final plans, as well as updates while on our trip. Additionally, they were helpful in finding for us a local doctor for our daughter to see who wasn’t feeling well halfway thru our trip. Our trip went flawlessly. We did not have any issues with transfers. Our drivers were always prompt at picking us up and all the flights went great. Our hotels were fantastic. We stayed at Rio Celeste and it was gorgeous and small and catered to our needs. We also stayed at Nantipa in Santa Theresa and it was perfect.

Had a disappointing experience with an excursion. Namu travel went above and beyond expectations to make it right.

NAMU Travel, the in-country travel agency, answered questions regarding our trip to Guatemala. They worked with Maya Trails who curated a terrific itinerary for our time in Guatemala City and in Antigua during Holy Week. Our expert English speaking driver Diego and incredibly knowledgable tour guide Josue kept us enjoying our many stops along the way. Not only did we see numerous sights from my time living there 50 years ago, but we were also taught Mayan and Spanish history of great interest. We took a lesson in backstrap weaving giving us a souvenir that we participated in creating, heard about how chocolate and coffee is processed , and learned abut the mining of jade and discovered our Nahual, or spirit animal. Both my husband and I are Jaguars according to the Mayan calendar with very accurate descriptions of us. Holy week was an incredible experience, and accommodations in Santo Domingo convent circa 1547 in Antigua were the best we'e ever experienced. Magnificent trip!
