Sustainability
Our Commitment
At Hotel Sanders, we are currently working very dedicated to step up our sustainability game. To start this new journey, we have an ambition to apply for one of the sustainable certifications.
We are collaborating with eco-certified laundry to ensure that the washing process is conducted with the right chemicals and energy-saving washing programmes. We aim to significantly reduce single-use plastic in the near future and focus on recyclable solutions instead. We also actively work on minimizing food waste as well as energy and water consumption. In the beginning of 2024, a PureTech technology is to be implemented, which is an innovative coating that will be applied in all the rooms and bathrooms to prevent bacteria and viruses. The products used for a room cleaning will all be CO2 neutral and 100% biodegradable cleaning products.
