For 2026:
- Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability
- Daily breakfast credit of $45 per person, for up to two guests per bedroom, served in the restaurant and via in-room dining (credit is non-cumulative)
- $100 USD equivalent Resort or Hotel credit to be utilized during stay (not combinable, not valid on room rate, no cash value if not redeemed in full)
- Stays of 5+ nights will receive an additional $100 Hotel credit (for a total of $200 during stay)
- For Junior Suite and higher room category bookings, guests will also receive a complimentary cryotherapy or infrared sauna session for two people.
- For One-Bedroom Suite and higher room category bookings with a stay of 2+ nights, guests will also receive a complimentary one-way private sedan airport transfer.
- For Equinox Penthouse Suite bookings with a stay of 2+ nights, guests will also receive a complimentary one-way private helicopter airport transfer.

Stay was great. Due to COVID, breakfast was in-room only but delicious. Upgraded to great suite with spectacular view of Hudson River. Staff are excellent.

Phenomenal location.
Extremely expensive and highly overrated.
Elevator locations were not only annoying but long delays.. 1 set to take you to the check-in area - another to the restaurant and rooms and both sets incurred long wait times.
Staff were snooty.. but I have come to expect that with high priced hotels.
Restaurant - Electric Lemon - I suspect the best attribute of this restaurant are the views afforded - unfortunately the balcony area was closed due to weather. The food was ok.. 5/10 and the service was ok 6/10 - nothing bad but nothing exceptional and worth the high price ticket.
This hotel was our choice but I would definitely not stay or recommend staying here in the future.

A ten! Fabulous all the way around. Room was upgraded to River view. Breakfast was delicious and so healthy, Staff were both nice and helpful as well as the spa and gym were great too. Definitely would stay there again.

The rooms were much nicer than expected. Staff was very courteous and helpful from the front desk to the wait staff. The location was good in reference to sights we liked to see while there.
