Fantastic from beginning to end. Well dressed and enthusiastic staff, location right on Marion Square, room amenities, car service, Henrietta’s amazing entrees, and the creative cocktails in the bar. We loved the Mad Men vibe.

We were very happy with our accommodations for the brief time we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our suite was spacious and clean. The breakfast at the onsite restaurant was very good. When forced to leave due to Hurricane Florence, we were given a full refund for the remaining days of our reservation. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic view of the city. The interiors throughout were just my style. Prime location and walking distance from shopping and dining.

Amazing! Very nice amenities and the spa was especially wonderful. Loved the comfortable, mid century feel of the hotel. Very top notch without feeling stuffy or over the top. Very friendly and helpful personnel.

The Dewberry while stately and eligant the staff are stuffy and not particularly friendly or welcoming. This is most prominent with the bar staff. Another item that bares mention regards the turn down service. I was questioned if there were two people in the room or 1, when I explained I was traveling with my son there are 2 of us, she said I only see one on my turn down sheet and proceeded to turn down only 1 bed each night. None of this was suzanne’s fault of course matter of fact she called each day to check on us and recommend activities restaurants etc.
