Loved the old world charm of this mansion turned into a hotel. The restaurant and bar and great food and drink. The contemporary rooms were beautiful. We will definitely come back to Le Mount Stephen.

Very nice hotel

Interestingly designed hotel. Attached to a hundred year old home. The old home has been restored to have an exceptional bar and restaurant. Absolutely gorgeous wood work. Those two are really the highlight of the hotel, and worth a visit even if you're not staying in the hotel. The hotel itself was o.k. The room "windows" were random squares on one side of the room, which is a little odd, as you really can't see anything since they're only about 1-2' square. It's also right in the heart of downtown, as are most of the upper echelon hotels, so expect some of the usual downtown seediness. Was a little upset that they charged me for a 2nd day of parking even though the car was only there overnight, and less than 24 hours. Also upset they wouldn't allow us to substitute a less expensive breakfast for the "King George English Breakfast" which came with the room. But both of these issues were resolved (begrudgingly) by the hotel. Very professional front desk staff.
