The two restaurants, focus and PRISMA, as well as the unique lakeside terrace boast incredibly high-standard cuisine. To reach the Restaurant focus, guests pass along six glass walled wine cellars to enter another world. Inspired by water, nature and the views across the lake towards the mountains of Central Switzerland, the avant-garde interior design is emphasized by the materials and warm colors used. New for the season 2018 Patrick Mahler will take over the helms of the fine-dining Restaurant focus. Patrick Mahler was running the kitchen of the Restaurant PRISMA the last years and was awarded with 1* Michelin and 16 points Gault Millau. With its 180° panoramic view, the glass pavilion of the Restaurant PRISMA provides a unique atmospheric view all year round across the lake towards the mountains. The restaurant PRISMA is open for lunch and dinner. In February 2018 Phillip Heid will take over from Patrick Mahler and will be in charge. He brings a tasteful and innovative fusion cuisine to the Lake of Lucerne – traditional European Cuisine inspired by flavors and ingredients from the East. Exclusive grill specialties with breathtaking views from the lake terrace or the perfect wine and exquisite rarities from our six exclusive wine cellars complete the offer.
