Bardessono: A Beautiful Property with Great Service

Our stay at Bardessono was wonderful. The property is exquisitely beautiful and its location can't be beat--easy walking distance to lots of great restaurants and an easy drive to dozens of famous wineries. The concierge, Gil, did a terrific job helping us get reservations for dinners, lunches, and tastings. 100% of the staff were friendly, responsive, and eager to help 100% of the time. Guests should know that the exercise facility is tiny and that the spa itself, while comfortable, is small and simple. Still, my wife got an excellent massage at the spa and we got plenty of exercise walking.

Very contemporary and serene hotel. Large suite with private patio. Greeted with wine and another bottle in the room. Only negative is the room floor. It is tile and a bit cold.

We were very happy with the room and property. I was surprised at how small the workout room was but since the hotel wasn't too busy during our stay it worked out well. The only thing that truly gave us pause during our stay is the overpriced wine list at Lucy. We were shocked at the exorbitant pricing.
