Staff pleasant and attentive, lots of activities, spa is a wonderful value,

My stay at BodyHoliday was fabulous! All the treatments were wonderful & the staff was always going out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience. There are 85 or so stairs up to the spa which was sometimes daunting in the heat but worth the climb!

It was my 2nd time as a solo traveler to Body Holiday. Even better than I remember! I have food allergies and my meals were delicious and safe. I highly recommend for those who want a beautiful and rustic beach and hotel, loads of included activities and spa treatments, fresh and tasty food and drink, and fantastic staff and guests! Not for those who are looking for a fancy holiday with people sporting the latest designers.

4th time there. Awesome in every facet, as usual. Hoping to go annually, if funds allow!

Body Holiday offers an environment that I've not found anywhere else which is why I keep going back. There have been changes - most good. If they fixed their webroom for booking reservations and treatments, 50% of guests difficulties would be eliminated. I will return again next year.

This was my second visit to Body Holiday and I see many more in the future. It is a most wonderful experience and a great value. There are a multitude of activities and spa treatments included in the rate. They are all top notch. The staff are wonderful! Very friendly and welcoming. The resort is a super great place for solo travelers.

The stay at this resort was amazing! It included everything a person could choose to do on a vacation. Food and massages were fantastic!

Body Holiday has something for everyone. The care taken by the staff to insure a wonderful stay is truly amazing. As a solo traveler I appreciated the opportunities to meet other guests while still enjoying my private time. Great food, great spa services and plenty of activities offered on a daily basis. Outstanding osteopathic practitioner Maite… if you have chronic pain like arthritis I highly recommend booking a session with her. Beautiful island!

An absolute dream. I could have not asked for a better experience.

This was the best vacation I’ve ever taken. By the time the second day rolled around, my wife and I were already wondering how soon we would be able to make it back. This is a perfect getaway for people that want to enjoy a beautiful beach theme with all inclusive benefits including a daily spa treatment, and many activities. We really enjoyed the yoga and fitness activities that they had, and we also took advantage of water skiing, sailing, snorkeling, golf lessons, and even took a self defense class! There are tons of options. Live music and dancing most nights, plus an organized dinner cruise. I would also recommend the climb of Gros Piton mountain, although this cost is not included with the vacation, but if you’re in shape and up for a challenge it offers incredible views. The personnel there made it their job to make sure you were happy, you had extra towels, your drink was full, or generally had everything you needed to be having a perfect vacation every day. We will be back!

Body Holiday did not disappoint. The most important factor that made our vacation special was the people /employees. Such a special place.

Body Holiday is amazing. Of course the resort is nice, the food is great, all the things, but the staff is their most valuable asset. From the concierge to the servers to the massage therapists- the level of service is above and beyond. They consistently surpass expectations which is why we have been going back year after year.

Having never gone to an all-inclusive resort, I had a moment of concern. Family & friends that had gone to other all-inclusive resorts, had each had a negative gripe to share; food was not good, the service was not good, the lines were slow and long, etc..., so a part of me was thinking 'what did I just sign up for?! In the end, all of that could not have been further from the truth. BH out did themselves at every turn. Arriving in St Lucia we made our way to the BH desk and were whisked away almost immediately. Once on BH property, we sailed thru check-in, were escorted to our room & the BH experience began! A welcome tour was offered to acquaint us w/everything BH has to offer or who to ask. The daily fitness schedules were distributed as well as posted in the public area & we opted to pre-schedule our spa treatments. The food was incredible and so varied - amazing! & most importantly - the SERVICE was above and beyond! Love love loved this trip!

This was our second visit to the Body Holiday and it did not disappoint!! The setting is beautiful! The resort itself is the perfect size, very clean and comfortable with beautiful rooms and facilities . The staff are always polite, helpful and very attentive. The food was delicious with a focus on healthy locally grown sources. Daily spa treatments were very clean and luxurious. The highlight of our stay was a visit to I-tal, the on site organic garden. Their lunch was exceptional!! We will definitely be returning to the Body Holiday for a third time!!

Our stay was fabulous as always. It was our 5th time going there and this time we brought friends with us who also could not say enough about the resort. As always the staff were excellent, the resort was clean, the food was excellent and the activities kept us as occupied as we wanted to be. We are planning a return in 2025 with our friends and would return next year but have alternative travel plans, already in the works.
