The stay was good. Our room was upgraded which was nice. Hotel was nice and the buffet was good. The only complaint that I have is that the room was very hot. Luckily, they were able to bring in a floor fan but without the floor fan it would have been very hot and difficult to sleep.

This is a true 5 star hotel. Facilities and staff are exceptional. It is well located in a quiet neighbourhood easily accessible to restaurants. port lodges, and the main town of Porto. Its rooms and hospitality areas offer great views from common and private terraces across the river to the town of Porto. One of the best hotels we have stayed at ever. If guests want to enjoy their Michelin restaurant, reservations well in advance are necessary.

Nice views but not worth the price

A bit over priced for what you get. Also think the location wasn't ideal considering the walk down (and up) to the river for older guests. I also thought the spa wasn't that nice (wet towels were left on the floor in the steam room and sauna) nor were the workout facilities.
